These are fantastic! They make it so easy to prep and store meals! Packing lunches for work have never been easier. I don't have to worry about meals leaking because of the airtight leak-proof seal and innovative latches. My meals stay fresher longer, even after reheating. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for storage containers.

It very durable, the plastic is sturdy and it looks and feels like glass. It was will be a favorite in my house. Really would one to buy a set of these storage containers. I received these containers for free in exchange for my honest review. I have the 6-piece Rubbermaid Brilliance Food Storage Container Set. Rubbermaid claims these containers are 100% leak-proof guaranteed. So the first thing I did when I received my set was put water in one of the containers, put the lid on it and set the container on its side so that the water was pressing against the side of the lid. I left the container like that for several hours; no leaks. I then turned the container on to its other side and left it like that overnight. No leaks. Finally I turned the container upside down and left it like that for several ours. No leaks! The suction on the lid is incredible. I was quite impressed because I've always heard that if there is a way out, water will find it. There is no way out of a Rubbermaid Brilliance container. Next, my son took hummus to school in his lunch box. Earlier that week, the lid on a container with hummus in it had come off and there was hummus all over his lunch box once he got home. I was reticent to let him take hummus again but now that we had these Brilliance containers, I felt better about letting him take it after that incident. And yes, there were NO leaks, plus the container cleaned up quite easily. Hummus can be difficult to get off of plastic containers because it's so oily but the Brilliance containers came clean with hot water and a little bit of dish soap. I like using them use in the refrigerator because not only do they look nice (I just got a new fridge so I'm all about everything looking pretty), they are clear and there's no guessing about what is in them after a few days. So handy for leftovers!

I can even make a few day's worth of salads and not have to worry about them getting soggy. They stack so neatly together in the fridge. It makes my pantry look so fresh and well put together, I can't wait to pick up more of these. It comes with 7 containers of varying sizes and the respective lids. Each lid has a rubber seal and latches to really give these containers an air tight seal. The cereal stays super fresh, so you know that seal is really working. These are easy to clean and they stack perfectly. They are plastic but they dont look cheap or tacky. They are durable and they look really clean and simple, I am in love! I would recommend these to anyone who wants to freshen up the look of their pantry. I especially love being able to tell what's inside at a glance.

I was on the search for the proper set to replace the ceramic canister set that I have currently, and now my problem is solved. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Rubbermaid BRILLIANCE food storage containers are awesome for myself and my two girls that are away at school for daily use. These are sized very well. They hold standard items, like a can of soup, and stack perfectly. I have some other containers that also have this stacked sizing, and it is surprisingly useful in real use. Think how often you have a container of bowtie pasta already in the pantry, and you are looking for a place to put the two small containers of candies and nuts. Well, they fit perfectly on top of the bowtie pasta. Not the best organization, perhaps, but great when you just need to stick something in there and get on with it. They work this way in the refrigerator too, but because of the limited shelf clearance in there, you won't find as many opportunities as you would in larger spaces. I love the clips on the sides. My other containers have a nice, firm seal, but I would still hesitate to fill one with soup and toss it in my bag lest I arrive at work with a huge mess. The clips help ease my concerns. Putting little vents under the clips so they are available, but can't leak, was smart thinking. I don't think it is a great idea to microwave things in plastic containers in general, though. It is hard on the containers, might very well cause chemicals from the plastic to leach into the food (though not BPA), and, perhaps most importantly, I have no desire to eat hot food out of a plastic container. However, if you are at the office and want to reheat your lasagna in the break room, the vents let you do this without splattering food all over the place. I highly recommend these and have swapped out all others in my cupboards for all sizes of these.

The clear container makes it easy to see what you have stored in the fridge. The seal on the lid is amazing. NOTHING leaked out - water, saucy chicken, soup. These containers are amazing for taking lunch on the go, left overs, and I plan to use them for one of my dog training classes which requires sealed containers - versatility! From fridge, to microwave - just open the vents, and toss it in the dishwasher (top rack) when you're all done! Great new product. I'll be investing in a few more!

The Rubbermaid Brilliance is wonderful for storage. However, it would be nice if there were larger sizes for storing things like sugar and flour. The seal on these containers is amazing which is why it would be great if there was a larger option for bulk items.
