I’m not going to comment on longevity because I just received these. Right out of the box… I knew I made a mistake. An absolute design disaster! Do you have any idea how many nooks and crannies food is going to get into on these lids? What were you people thinking? if you get any liquids in/on the lid, you’re going to need a toothbrush to clean it and then even after washing it it will take a week to dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very well made plastic container. Definitely no leaks. Air sealing is so smooth and satisfying when opening and closing. Checked the price and found that it’s affordable. I’m considering changing all my meal prep containers to Rubbermaid Brilliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with the glass container and the plastic is just as good. I really love the glass but plastic is ideal for my preteen son who drops everything. seal is perfect and if he drops it nothing spills.... all pros on this product !!! Absolutely Love It !!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've recently tried the Rubbermaid Brilliance container. It says that it's leak proof, and you can microwave the contents with the lid on when the vents are opened. I've tried the container for my last few lunches and it does work as advertised. The plastic is nice and sturdy, clear and clean looking, and no leaking. the microwave vent system also seems to work. However, though the plastic is stain proof (so far) the rubber seal does not seem to be so. I recently had curry that had turmeric in it. There was a small trace of a yellow stain, but I'm hoping this fades over time, and not a big impact since the rubber is black. Overall, I really like this container, but for the price point is a bit high. Buying the containers would be an investment, but I can see them being good for people who want a good container to store soups or stews, or would like to do meal prep for freezing.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Rubbermaid Brilliance is a beautifully designed food storage container that claims to be 100% leak free, splatter proof microwaveable, and stain resistant. Rubbermaid Brilliance has remained true to its claim through several uses. It has remained leak proof and stain free, despite many microwave reheats! My microwave is clean and Rubbermaid Brilliance remains beautiful and brilliant! Amazing! Brilliant design and highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided it was time....out with the old and in with the new plastic ware. I'm so glad I did. I love this set!!! Hold up very well in the microwave. Lids go on an off very easy. There was a nice variation of sizes. Just perfect for what I was needing.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) These containers are great for anyone who travels with a meal and has a chance of it sloshing around in a bag or backpack. I used this product with Tomato soup, Pizza - to reheat and Coconut Lentil Soup. I liked that the container and lid are clear and that you can see the food. The size of this container is perfect for lunches. The clasps on each side vacuum in as you lock the clasps in. It is a lightweight container. A good size. I am hesitant to microwave with plastic, so it would be nice if Rubbermaid made this with a glass base. I appreciate how leak-proof this container is.

I liked the Brilliance design originally. The bottoms stack well, and you can fit multiple containers within the largest container as an organizer. More efficient than our older Premier containers However, the lids are the opposite - They really can't be securely stacked on top of each other like all our previous Rubbermaid Premier products. The lids take up more vertical space, as well. So, the bottoms can be stored nice and neat on our shelves, while the lids are messy and unstable. We held on to one of our old large Premier bottoms to help organize the Brilliance lids from falling all over the place.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great container. It seems to lock everything in nicely and I have not experience and leaks. No food stains either! I have used in freezer and fridge but not dishwasher as I don't have one. Definitely recommend although they are very expensive which I would say is the only con. Also love the clarity of them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Rubbermaid container. It’s great for storing hot and cold food, easy cleanup, and great for warming up those amazing leftovers from the night before. I would 100% recommend this product.
