[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great for storage in our pantry. Great for cereal or cookies we use it to store out dry chilies in there but we will be purchasing more for cooking and stuff like that. The seal on them is great and it keeps food fresh .

The lod is easy to snap on and off and locks with ease. There are a few downfalls though. The item is expensive to buy. I wpuld not have bought it on my own. And the size is not really useful especially for the price.

It claimed it was drop proof and it held up granted I didn’t drop it from a huge height just average to holding it at your waist. We also tested it for reheating some things and no kind of damage to it. Definitely a must purchase.

The airtight seal truly seals your food in there. You can tip it any which way, hold it upside down or even store it on it's side in the fridge with no worries about leaks. Most of my containers are stained from pasta sauces but the Brilliance container lets me store and heat up any food without leaving behind and residue, colour and odour. Another favorite feature is the vents that allow steam to excape in the microwave so you can keep the lid on. No more splatters! These are more expensive than my usual container but they will last so much longer so, in the long run, I'm sure Rubbermaid Brilliance is the better value.

High quality plastic paired with an airtight lid. The 2 compartments are perfect for packing lunches and dinner leftovers. I love that I can microwave these as well as use in the dishwasher.

I bought a set of brilliance and then an additional 9.6 cup container separately. I used this container in the microwave for 3-4 minutes without the lid and cover- just with a paper towel. When it was done, I had 2 brown areas that looked like the plastic was melting. What a waste!!!!

It does an absolute wonderful job of keeping everything in the container, so no spills or leaks in my lunch bag. Also, I love that it is BPA-free, a very important aspect to a plastic container. It also helps that it is microwave and dishwasher safe, and lastly, the the 360 degree clarity makes it a winner in a field of competition.

Sturdy bowls and latches with a tight seal that does NOT leak, spaghetti, casserole, a sandwich, soup, it's all safe, nothing is getting in or out and they seem to be resisting stains really well. No red bowls yet! Pack your lunch, save your left overs, they work great either way.

I was so surprised when I got the chance to try these Rubbermaid Brilliance Food Storage Containers, and found that- although plastic- they sealed every bit as well! I love that these containers come with a leak-proof guarantee, so I know that there won't be leaks or spills! My husband is loving that they are easy to put his lunch in for work, and even if his lunch gets turned upside down, that lid is staying on, and it's sealed tight! He's also loving that they are so much more lightweight than our old glass ones! He has to walk quite a ways with his lunch each day, and these are so lightweight that he doesn't even notice the extra weight at all. Can't wait to buy more sizes of these Rubbermaid Brilliance Food Storage Containers!
