Very Expensive, Not worth the money spent.

I bought this watch a month ago. The plus point is it reads accurate heart beat and Oxygen readings. But the sleep tracker is total waste. It says, I having sleep, but I am laying in my bed wide awake watching YouTube . Self tested and realized it is a flaw after experimenting many times.

Looks great, love all of the health features

Biggest value I get from this watch is that wearing it continuously (while sleeping, at work, working out) outputs super helpful health metrics. Had some revelations about why I always feel so tired and it helped me prioritize sleep. Also being aware of when I get stressed at work and taking steps to decompress has been helpful.

lots of good info with good battery life

I wanted a do-it-all watch to that could function like my Fitbit Charge 5 as well as my Garmin Approach S42. The smartwatch functionality is great for my needs and I didn't want an Apple/Pixel watch that I had to charge every day. The quoted 14 day battery life is probably a bit optimistic, but if I could get a week as I do with my Fitbit, I'd be happy. This is probably 10 days and that's enough for me. It provides much more info than the Fitbit does with no subscription required, and the golf functionality is as good as the S42 (minus having to download courses). Overall I'm extremely happy with this watch.

Nice surprises

I've only had this watch for a month. It has way more features than I knew I was getting. Even though I will only use a few of them it does what I wanted. I especially like the sleep score..its helping me get much better rest by making me more consious of what I need to do to sleep better And I'm sure I will learn more of the features over time. I also like the improved battery life.

So far so good!

I haven't had this watch long but so far I love it! I upgraded from Instinct Solar, which I also loved. The Venu 3 just has a lot of great features. I wasn't happy that it only came with a type c connector for charging, so I couldn't charge it. I had to get a different cable so I could charge it! Besides that I am really enjoying it.

Greatest Fitness Tracker !!

I have become more active since I got my Venu 3. Keeps me moving to keep up with the amount of steps and floors each day to meet my goal. The battery is amazing never having to plug it in all the time. It can go for 2 weeks and I never have to worry to charge it. Sleep tracking is great. All health related features are easy to use and a great asset to this fitness equipment. I would hate to be without it now. Highly recommend. This is my first Garmin and hope it's not my last.

there are some problems

Ox meter is too inaccurate. I have COPD so I track it often. My finger meter reads 93 to 96, the watch reads 87 to 90. I still can't get it to work with the Garmin Golf app to give yardage on the golf course. Instructions are really bad. Some features are too invasive and cause buzzing at inappropriate times. Some features are poorly explained.

Great watch

Had some reservations about the price of this watch but it's worth it. Better features than anything else I have had. I don't really like trying to use this for talking on the phone over my phone. I just think it looks stupid when people do it in the wild. Notifications are pretty good and are pretty customizable, just like the rest of the watch. I like to fiddle with my tech so if you are an Apple user you might not like the settings that you will have to adjust. The number of watch faces on the beautiful screen is almost endless and if course if you want to customize them it is available. This one match does more for tracking than ANY OTHER WATCH. Full stop. If you are serious about exercise and keeping yourself healthy and want to know how you are doing in the most detailed way, throw away those other watches - it's not even close. One thing Garmin - please provide a better strap, the type that come with the iWatch or higher level Fitbit. Small upgrade that is cheap, I bought a replacement...

The Features are Great

I have had this watch for about a month and it is amazing. I was using the apple but the charge was not for me. This watch stays charged for a week and I have absolutely no complaints. It is amazing and if you are a gym junkie then I would say run and buy it. The features are perfect for all the things gym related.

Many fitness options, Great Battery Life!

I bought this to work with my Android phone and I bought an Apple Watch for my wife to work with her I-phone. She has to recharge her phone daily, and I only need to charge after a week or two even though I tend to do it once per day. It's nice to know I don't have to recharge it daily. My wife and I are still comparing our applications and their performance. I like to use a stationary cycle, but the app doesn't allow me to input the calories burned based on the computer output from my cycle. Maybe I need to learn more about the applications and I will find a way to record stationary cycle activities better. We both like our sleep apps, but the Garmin provides more information than the Apple watch. OK, my Garmin will not receive calls without my phone Bluetoothed to it and her Apple watch doesn't require her phone to be nearby, but I don't pay an additional monthly fee to my service provider for the Garmin. I wanted her to have phone access because she does HIIT in our neighborhood and doesn't need to be carrying her phone at these times. Men have pockets, so carrying my phone is not an issue. I like the many choices of watch faces! I like the fact you can create your own even though I use one that's provided on the Garmin IQ. I could go on but this is all the time I have for the review today.
