Great Upgrade

Great upgrade from the Venu 2. Much more information displayed on the watch without having to access Connect. More intuitive app selection (e.g., timers, stop watch). ECG & HRV additions are great. Taking phone calls on the watch is much more useful than I thought it would be.

Eye opening

My son gave me the Venu3 for my birthday. He has one. It was quite enlightening to learn all of the data it records. Heart rate, blood oxygen level, ECG, HRV status all quite remarkable from a watch! Body battery and sleep scores are also helpful. Now I know why I am so tired sometimes—terrible sleep score the night before! Step counter is also helpful to se just how much walking I do on a regular day, not to mention exercise. It has exercise app for everything. The flashlight is shockingly useful. Many more activities and apps. Lovin it!

Love it. Huge difference from my vivoactive

I have been looking at the venu 2 plus for a while and just didn't pull the trigger and when the venu 3 was released I bought it and have really enjoyed it. I didn't think I would want the coaching but it is a great feature that I have never had with my previous Garmin watch.

Great smartwatch, but the battery life!

Great smartwatch, although I expected more from the battery. I switched from the Apple Watch Series 9 to the Garmin Venu 3, looking for better battery life and improved support for my running and walking routines. However, I’ve noticed that when all the features of the Garmin watch are activated, the battery lasts almost less than the Apple Watch’s. That’s the only downside I can mention about the Garmin Venu 3.

Great watch

Bought this watch a month ago to replace my Apple Watch glad I did so use it for physical fitness and general health. Everything works great in these areas. The only thing that I would ask Garmin to add to this watch is the ability to use or upload your own weather app would definitely purchase this watch again.

Great watch

The watch works awesome, love the features. If your looking for a watch to monitor your workouts, use on the golf course then this is it. The only downfall is that you can not text from the watch using iMessage, you have to use garmin messenger which isn’t ideal. Phone numbers have to be downloaded the the watch, it doesn’t use your iPhone phone book.

Perfect Timing. Perfect Bday Gift.. to Myself

I gifted this smart timepiece to myself after returning the purchase of GOOGLE Pixel 3 for defects unexpectedly. I never had a smartwatch, fit but or any type of tech watch because I always believed a "watch is a watch" lol...however, March 2025, GARMIN made me a believer. The easy set up, the advanced health and fitness tracking with a user-friendly design and long battery life. I appreciate its accurate heart rate tracking, particularly during strength training, and its ability to monitor various metrics like sleep stages and blood oxygen. The Venu 3 also offers a good balance of smartwatch features, including notifications, calls, and text messaging.

Nice features, good statistics.

I owned a Fitbit before and are very happy a switched for a Garmin. It takes a little, after 3 years Fitbit, to find my way around in the menus, but it’s ok now. Statistics for heartbeats, HRV, stress and body battery are great and better then Fitbit in my opinion. Also some activities are there now that I missed in the past. I did not check the golf app but looks promising. I still are discovering new nice features. I would by a Garmin again. Best: no monthly charge for all features.

good battery life

The amoled display works well outdoors and almost everything runs right out of the box. Most options are available on the watch itself without having to open the app. Navigating the watch works surprisingly well thanks to the big touch display. However I find Garmin's Connect App confusing and crowded. Changing or just finding settings and especially customizing or correcting things is quite tedious. Especially gym workouts are annoying to track.

Nice Watch!!

I got this a couple weeks ago. Didn't need it as my old watch still worked, but my wife likes her Garmin so I started looking. Very confused in figuring out which model I wanted. I think the Venue 3 is indeed the which I was looking for. More money than I wanted to spend but very worth it. Takes time to learn navigation but not too difficult. Also paired to Garmin blood pressure monitor. That took a minute but works fantastic. Got an aftermarket band that I love and fits perfect.
