It's wifi capable and has a large toner cartridge that is affordable. I work remotely from home so I go through quite a bit of ink in my old Canon, and it is expensive. This printer would be good enough for a small business as well.

Set up was easy enough and straight-forward. The printer is heavy though to me, around 25 pounds. If you own a business with high-volume needs and only need b/w printing, then this machine could be very useful, as it can print up to 36 pages per minute, according to the user guide. The paper tray has a 250 sheet capacity and the document feeder tray can handle up to 50 pages at one time too. Also, the wireless connectivity is a plus as this printer can be managed through the Brother mobile connect app. Pros: Multi-function: print, scan, and copy Easy to use Fast printing (including duplex) and scanning Good for business use; high-volume capacity Printer can be managed via the Brother mobile app Cons: Heavy, around 25 pounds.

Setup literally took a minute to connect my phone and just a few minutes to connect my laptop. Printing is fast and the output is great for basic black and white. I also tried printing some pictures as a test, and while they weren’t photo quality, they actually turned out better than expected. I previously had a Brother printer without wifi functionality, and while it wasn’t a pain to use, it definitely helps having the wifi connection! I have no complaints so far with this printer and appreciate receiving it from Influenster in exchange for my honest feedback.

I'm definitely sticking with the brother brand from now on. I print a LOT as a homeschool mom, and this is the easiest printer I've used.
