[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having my previous Samsung washer and dryer for 16 years I finally upgraded to a new front load washer and dryer. Samsung products are the best!

This has been the biggest headache. We can't finish our laundry 95% of the time. One day the dryer works. And then next morning sensors are going off cant finish drying. We've contacted samsung and they sent someone out to investigate and turns out it's our exhaust fault, of course. How did it work for the first year without any issues then? So I changed everything, new exhaust duct, new exhaust fan, new sensor, works for 2 days and then back to being a large paper weight. This was a big waste of money because this all happened right after the 1 year warranty. If you are really sure you want this washer and dryer. Do yourself a favor and get the 7 year warranty. Although it still might be your fault in the end... I'm sure they will tell me to call them after I make this review, and nothing will be resolved since I already did call them and nothing happened.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this Samsung smart electric dryer with Steam Sanitize+ for a while now, and honestly it's been a solid upgrade from what I had before. It dries clothes evenly without leaving anything damp or overheated, and I don't have to keep checking it mid-cycle. The steam feature is actually useful too — it helps get rid of odors and cuts down on wrinkles, especially with stuff like gym clothes or bedding. I don't use the smart app all the time, but it's nice getting a notification when a load is done. It can take a little longer on some cycles, but I'd rather that than clothes coming out half-dry. Overall, it just feels reliable and low-maintenance, which is really all I want in a dryer.One thing I actually ended up liking more than expected is the connectivity. Once it's hooked up to Wi-Fi through the SmartThings app, you can start or stop the dryer, schedule loads, and get notifications right on your phone when it's done. It's not something you absolutely need, but it does come in handy when you're busy or not home — I've definitely used it to keep from forgetting a load. It also works with voice assistants, which is cool, but honestly the real value is just being able to check on your laundry without having to walk back and forth.

Not only does it dry everything quickly, it can hold a lot of clothing, which means less laundry. I'm always down for less laundry. I gave but used this feature, but I think it's awesome that you can download other dying types, if there is not one already programmed on the dryer. My absolute favorite thing about this dryer, is that my children know how to use it! Im 1 step closer to doing less laundry 🤣

Only complaint I have is that you can only connect one phone to the machine, so me or my wife have to take turns using the remote app.

I can review the sanitization function since it seems to be sanitized. There are no wrinkles in the clothes when they come out.

It is very efficient and gives me wrinkle-free, sanitary and moisture-free clothing. In fact straight from the Dryer, I have gone on to wear my clothing. Most importantly, it connectivity is Prime- I have been able to save money on electricity because using it with ALEXA , I can set it to dry during low-peak hours of the night. Thank you Samsung for developing a wonderful product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size is huge, much bigger than expected. But I the size because it's easier for me to dry my huge comforter and sheets. The digital controls makes it very user friendly and I love the smart things feature that connects to and sends a notification to my cell when a cycle is complete. I also like that I can increase the dryness level to ensure that my laundry is fully dry when the cycle is complete. It's very efficient and my laundry doesn't shrink or even show signs of much wrinkles.

We wondered why it was not drying well at first. Love the matching look with washer. Every drying session can be customized based on needs.
