Plus for some reason every time I use this dryer it's like it's cleans all the air it takes all the moisture out of the air

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer summer of 2025 and bought an extended warranty. The spin started to sound like a jet engine so they came to repair it. Hours later and a complete tear down of the machine and it didn't fix it. They came back with more parts a week later and the same issue, except now there are dents in the machine, the machine leaks water and still sounds loud on spins. I have been waiting weeks for this to be resolved. Meanwhile I can't use my washer. Looks pretty but actually is garbage.

Only complaint I have is that you can only connect one phone to the machine, so me or my wife have to take turns using the remote app.

This has been the biggest headache. We can't finish our laundry 95% of the time. One day the dryer works. And then next morning sensors are going off cant finish drying. We've contacted samsung and they sent someone out to investigate and turns out it's our exhaust fault, of course. How did it work for the first year without any issues then? So I changed everything, new exhaust duct, new exhaust fan, new sensor, works for 2 days and then back to being a large paper weight. This was a big waste of money because this all happened right after the 1 year warranty. If you are really sure you want this washer and dryer. Do yourself a favor and get the 7 year warranty. Although it still might be your fault in the end... I'm sure they will tell me to call them after I make this review, and nothing will be resolved since I already did call them and nothing happened.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Connection sometimes disappears but it is nice when get notified on TV when laundry is done. Moisture in drum is minimal. Very efficient. I can review the sanitization function since it seems to be sanitized. There are no wrinkles in the clothes when they come out.

Definitely not disappointed extremely happy with my washer and dryer that even my 12 and 14 year old know how to work it ! The smart ap is even better cause it leaves the guessing out of how much time you have left.

Advanced technology, old school person learning the ropes. Getting use to all the different setting it has to offer. Hooked up to smarthings and works as described.
