Would recommend over and over without hesitation!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer a month and a half ago, it since has told us our vent was partially clogged, which we did not know prior, we fixed this issue and this dryer is faster, and far more efficient than any other I've had experience with. Bedding and heavy items are no problem for this unit, and on top of all that, the unit has an absolutely gorgeous color scheme!
Worst product I have ever purchased
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every friend said Samsung appliances are the worst but I did not believe them. I believed in the Samsung brand. Sadly they were all right. I ordered the dryer and waited to install it after my floors were done. Not only was the dryer broken but they refuse to replacement and now I have to deal with a lengthy and inconvenient repair process that will take months. Never will I ever purchase a single product of the Samsung brand ever again. While my business may not represent more, at least with me, they will lose more in unrealized business than they will win in making me keep that useless dryer which came in broken unable to perform a single cycle. Enjoy my money for the last time ever.

I love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this dryer exceeded my expectations, it has many cycles to choose from depending on the type of clothing and the amount of heat you want to use on your clothes, it has to adjust the temperature, time, and other functions, it really is an excellent acquisition. the color is beautiful, a black with gold that looks spectacular and very modern. it has a smartthinks application where i can manage my appliances as i want, program and monitor how the process is going, i receive notifications when the cycle has finished, with this dryer you will definitely save energy energy star certified, so you use less energy without sacrificing performance or functionality), it has an internal light and is quite spacious, you can dry more clothes in less time, it is quite silent and does not move
does not complete the job
This dyer was delivered in the fall or 2024 but we did not start using it regularly until November. It looks great and has interesting settings and some flexibility. But for some reason most of the time it stops too quick and leaves the clothes still damp. It does not matter what setting is used, how well the clothes are sorted and how much or little the load is, some of the clothes are always damp. We end up restarting the cycle 2 or 3 more times to get the job done. It's very frustrating. I don't know if it's a sensor issue, a design issue or some malfunction, but clearly this is unacceptable.

Great dryer with awesome smart features

We have a family of six and a lot of laundry and this dryer takes what was once an annoyance and make it much more manageable. First off, this dryer has a lot more space than most out there. With the amount of laundry we deal with, this is such a time saver for us, as it can handle bigger loads without issue. Another plus is the smart features it has. Once I start a load, I can walk away and get alerts on my phone when the load of wash is done. Gone are the days of getting busy and forgetting clothes in the dryer only to have them all wrinkled from sitting. Now I always know when the load is done and get the cloths hung and folded. The dryer has a great feature called sensor dry. This will monitor moisture in the dryer making sure not to over dry the clothes, keeping them looking newer, while also saving money on power. The next major time saver is the steam sanitize option to freshen up a shirt for the kids, instead of having to spend time going through an entire cycle. Being able to throw in a few clothes before taking the kids to a friend’s house is nice. Another nice feature this dryer has is a vent sensor. It monitors the air vent for obstructions keeping it running at its best as well as safe from fire hazards. Lastly it looks as my husband says, handsome and regal. All these things added together allow me to spend more time getting other things done and save me extra work. I now have more time to spend with the family doing things we enjoy, and it is thanks to this dryer.
Looks Great, Works Great, Handy App
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this dryer to replace a 5 year old model and the difference is noticeable. This dryer looks far better, has far more options/customization, and is paired with a handy app. Starting with the looks, the rose gold and black on the model we ordered looks fantastic. No more white dryer that looks like it belongs in the 1990's! The controls and dials are easy to use, feel well made, and look nice. The dryer has all the usual cycles you'd expect-- included steam sanitize and a steam cycle to remove wrinkles. In addition you can really dial things in with 5 dryness levels and temp settings. One thing I didn't expect to like as much as I do is the Samsung SmartThings app that this pairs with. It gives you another interface to customize your drying cycle-- which is alright, but you can do the same thing with the controls on the front of the dryer. however, the standout feature is the push alerts. You can glance at the app and see how much time is left on the cycle and you'll get a notification when your clothes are done. You don't even have to be on the same wifi network (as long as the dryer is on your home's wifi, it'll work)-- so no more forgetting the clothes in the dryer for way too long and having all your shirts wrinkled. As soon as it is done, you know. Overall, it looks good, works great, and I never knew I could be this excited about a dryer, lol!
Excellent Dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dryer there are many settings on it features. My other dryer only had a few selections of the dryness levels. This one also has steam dry feature which is really nice all it takes is a water line hook up in the back and it's good to go. It works great on Wi-Fi and the smart things app it's great to know exactly when the clothes are done drying in the machine. The vibration reduction technology works! It is a very quiet dryer, as is the washer. I have tried the normal cycle, bedding. It looks great I like how well it matches the washer machine and how the glasses turn it out so it looks a little bit nicer it's also energy star.
Samsung Appliances Don't Hold Up
Want to pay 1200+ for something that doesn't last. Buy this! They don't have a single certified tech in my state, and Your local techs wont be able to fix small problems on it. I totally regret having this as a washer. just waiting for the dryer to go out too......

Sensor dry could work better on large loads
