Stay Clear of Samsung Products! Purchase a Dryer on February 16th, 2024. The lid for the lint collector spring failed. Contacted Samsung and they said that they do not warrant their own manufacturing failures. Not even 90 days! Thankfully I purchased this with my CitiBank so I will make a claim through them!

This dyer was delivered in the fall or 2024 but we did not start using it regularly until November. It looks great and has interesting settings and some flexibility. But for some reason most of the time it stops too quick and leaves the clothes still damp. It does not matter what setting is used, how well the clothes are sorted and how much or little the load is, some of the clothes are always damp. We end up restarting the cycle 2 or 3 more times to get the job done. It's very frustrating. I don't know if it's a sensor issue, a design issue or some malfunction, but clearly this is unacceptable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is a must. It's essentially silent when it's running and it plays a lovely tune when the load is done. The lint trap is easy to clean and load. It also has quite a large capacity. I've washed several large blankets at the same time. One my other favorite parts of this washer is the fact that it's all connected to my other Samsung devices so I get notifications right on the TV when my laundy is done! So handy! Overall it's a great machine and I don't have any complaints about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the dryer was first delivered I opened it up and couldn’t believe how big it was inside! I have still yet to fill this all the way up and it is large enough to put my king sized comforter it. The dryer is very simple to work, you just select your setting by turning the knob and you can add extra features with the buttons listed. My favorite feature is the wrinkle prevent chime, this was it notifies me before my dryer shuts off so that my clothes will not sit in the dryer and wrinkle! I also am very impressed with the wet sensor and how it will quit drying your clothes early if they are finished, this way you are not over drying your clothes! The lint try is very easy to empty and it really takes a lot of loads to start filling it up, which I was really surprised by! I would highly recommend it!

I like the no wrinkle extra setting that keeps fluffing your clothes after drying if you can't get to them right away.. I have trouble keeping the dryer going when the clothes are only damp, like if I turn the dryer off before leaving the house and return to start it back up. The dryer will run for a few minutes and turn off. I have to put it on time dry to get it to finish. Need to take the time to turn the Done alarm off. Long and annoying. I do like this dryer, just need to take the time to figure out the settings. Active Wear and Perm Press are my go to settings for now. Nice and quiet. Can't go wrong with this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this dryer to replace a 5 year old model and the difference is noticeable. This dryer looks far better, has far more options/customization, and is paired with a handy app. Starting with the looks, the rose gold and black on the model we ordered looks fantastic. No more white dryer that looks like it belongs in the 1990's! The controls and dials are easy to use, feel well made, and look nice. The dryer has all the usual cycles you'd expect-- included steam sanitize and a steam cycle to remove wrinkles. In addition you can really dial things in with 5 dryness levels and temp settings. One thing I didn't expect to like as much as I do is the Samsung SmartThings app that this pairs with. It gives you another interface to customize your drying cycle-- which is alright, but you can do the same thing with the controls on the front of the dryer. however, the standout feature is the push alerts. You can glance at the app and see how much time is left on the cycle and you'll get a notification when your clothes are done. You don't even have to be on the same wifi network (as long as the dryer is on your home's wifi, it'll work)-- so no more forgetting the clothes in the dryer for way too long and having all your shirts wrinkled. As soon as it is done, you know. Overall, it looks good, works great, and I never knew I could be this excited about a dryer, lol!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my favorite features of my new Samsung's Large Capacity Smart Electric Dryer is that it is Wi-Fi connected so that you can get end-of-cycle alerts, remotely start, schedule and more from your smartphone with the SmartThings App. I always forget to put a timer on my dryer and end up forgetting it's even on, so this helps so much! I also love the Steam Sanitize+ feature. This feature helps reduce wrinkles and odors and steams away 95% of pollen from fabric. Being that we have dogs this is very important to me. I work out 5 days a week and having the activewear preset is amazing. I am absolutely in love with that preset. This dryer is a must-have and I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the past I have often damped my clothes and put them in the washer to remove some wrinkles, at times, I have also put a soaking wet towel to accomplish the same. However, whenever I did either, I would end with either a towel to dry of a different issue where the wrinkles would be removed partially from my clothes, especially from wherever, I have sprayed water or damped the clothing. This washing machine, DVE50BG8300V, not only pairs perfectly with my washing machine, but also have a connection to my HOT WATER supply to spray steam into my clothes to help me remove wrinkles and also the option to sanitize. I really wish, I had this option when I our children were much younger :) but with growing children, you never know when the sanitize option will be helpful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer a month and a half ago, it since has told us our vent was partially clogged, which we did not know prior, we fixed this issue and this dryer is faster, and far more efficient than any other I've had experience with. Bedding and heavy items are no problem for this unit, and on top of all that, the unit has an absolutely gorgeous color scheme!
