the cod is folded over skin side in to look like cod filets. 
they are tail sections with dark colered underskin left on.
deceptive marketing.  your true fish filets sold long before no longer exist at sams.
unfortunately i have to go to a place like gordmans

The majority of the fish is belly meat and there are few fillets.  The belly meat is folded to give the appearance of being fillets.

Few Fillets

I typically buy fresh thawed cod, but wanted to try these frozen cod filets. For about the same price as fresh thawed, these filets are already portion-sized for you. When thawed in the fridge, they don't have any fishy-smell. They taste great and I love that you can take out however many filets you want. I highly recommend these and will be buying these in the future.
