I bought this about a week ago. I meticulously cleaned and prepared our roof area, just as the instructions said. The surface is metal/aluminum. I applied it just as the directions instructed. Two major complaints: (1) it did not dry nearly as fast as indicated, despite me following the instructions. It was not a particularly thick layer nor was it a very humid day. It took about a full day sitting out in the sun for it to dry to the touch. (2) The coverage and quality is very disappointing. There were numerous areas where the coat bulged and is visibly cracked (after just one day without anything disturbing it!). There are spots where the pain is clearly ready to chip off, almost like a really old/dried caulk. There are some areas that don't appear like that, but the majority of it is bulging/cracked. This does not look like it will last years as advertised - it has barely lasted a few days. I am going to apply several more coats to see if I can overcome this issue. But very disappointed in this. Too late to return once you've discovered this. Perhaps it would work for some other applications, but it has not done well for me in just one week. Time will tell. Wish I could return and get something else - I will probably just have to take the RV to the shop for a professional roof coating unfortunately.
