Used to buy this product at HD and have been looking for it ever since! Applying to my old EPDM roof on my RV to prevent leakage and lower my AC bill!

Roof coaring

Trash, I paid to have it put on my trailer roof, my trailer leaked extremely badly it was $12000. Dollar mistake. I had to put a new roof on my trailer. It doesn't stop leaks no fiber in it. The SULCON is a joke, I should of done a lot more research on this product. For 5 gallons of SILCOME IT IS 2 a bucket. This product is a joke Joke

Hi Vikki, we are sorry that you are less than satisfied with the SIliconizer Elastomeric Roof Coating. It could have been the type of roof you have. If you have a TPO substrate this product would not have adhere to the substrate, you had tp use a primer like Aqua-Proof primer, also with a EPDM substrate. Plus you also have to fix any leaks, or holes with the SIliconizer Carck Filler before you apply the roof coating.
