Using this to seal rental roofs It makes great sense in hot sunshine of Florida. This product is also used for inside leaks and have had outstanding results. This sealant is much more durable than other more expensive brands l have used in the past as well as you get whole five gallons instead quarter less for other brands.

it looks good i hope next summer to tell a difference in savings on our cooling bill. we had to buy additional containers cause its thin and we had to out about 3 coats on it but we didnt use primer, if we had we probably wouldnt have to put so much on.

We've been coating our roof for over 15 years, and Lanco is the best elastomeric product we've used. I highly recommend this product, and Walmart had the best price, too.

Seals concrete as advertised, including roof leaks. We have a concrete dome and this is better than the standard elastomeric coating without acrylic for penetrating and sealing. Can be sprayed in with a cheap air sprayer without thinning and works as advertised.

Really works. Works good. Reflects sun, keeps house much cooler!! And also seals against (rare events) rain ! Easy to apply (w/9inch roller), even for 68yr. old woman.

On the back label, it states,”Do not use on polyurethane foam, rubber roots (EPDM), TPO, PVC,” and so on. That's a bummer because I have a SPF foam roof.
