I used Nestle Toll House Dark Chocolate Morsels in Chocolate Chip Pancakes. I grew up on Chocolate Chip Pancakes and that's how my family makes pancakes. The bitter of the Dark Chocolate complimented the sweetness of the pancakes and the Maple syrup. The morsels melted perfectly. I will definitely use them again.
