Appreciate this washing machines effectiveness in thoroughly cleaning each load. Clothes not only come out fresher but also well spun out and ready for efficient drying. Much prefer this agitator to the impeller if our last machine!

Excellent washer, huge drum and washes very well. Do not like the slope of lid for washer or dryer. Anything on top of dryer slides off, difficult to fold clothes.

The clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. The machine itself is very quiet… I have probably run about 100 loads on it already and I never hear it. Whereas my old machine was super loud when it would spin the clothes dry. The appearance of the machine is also super sleek with touchscreen buttons. I apologize for how messy my laundry room is as it is not fully renovated yet🤣 but once it is, the machine is going to look as modern as the room it's in. I found that it is really difficult to find top load machines with the agitator still in them as the market is moving to front load options only. When the opportunity came up to pick this one up I jumped at it! I love a top load machine with the agitator because my clothes truly feel clean. This machine has outperformed my old one. It has amazing features for me to really tailor my washing experience such as a quick wash, delicates, time settings for when I want it to start its cycle! Coming from a machine that had a dial and 3 options this is amazing! I find my clothes are actually clean and not damaged in any way. Goodbye old stains! And because it's a top load, I feel like it can handle a larger washing load without being off balanced. Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better option. As much as I understand the move to front load, I think top load will forever have my laundry heart!

The digital interface makes operation effortless, and it runs very quietly. The only downside is the agitator—it isn't very powerful and the spin cycle isn't as effective as I'd like.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The drum is huge and fits an extraordinary amount of laundry. It’s also extremely quiet, I honestly had to check to make sure it was running. Setup was very easy and balancing was not a problem. Vibration has been almost nonexistent and the spin is strong. I couldn’t get the test cycle to work, but my first real wash went well and everything came out very clean. I also noticed the spin cycle pulls more water out than my previous washer, which is a bonus. The downside is the “smart” setup, I had difficulty getting the Wi-Fi and app connection working and I still haven’t been able to complete it. The manual also seems a bit incorrect for my model. Great washer for capacity and quiet performance.

I bought this washer a week ago, I was disappointed with the washer, it did not come with hot/cold rubber hoses and the cheapest output thin plastic hose that you could find, the walls of the the washer were very flimsy painted aluminum which got bent while installation process which was installed with care. The bottom of the tub is all plastic. The drive motor is direct drive who knows how long that will last ? In other words the Company went out of there way to build the cheapest product ever and sell for highest dollar possible. I Have solemnly promised myself that I will never buy another LG Product or any other cheaply made product again. Lg can learn from Speed Queen washers about quality and durability.

The large capacity is great for bigger loads, and everything comes out consistently clean and well rinsed. It runs quiet which I really appreciate, especially during longer cycles. The controls are simple to understand, and the washer automatically adjusts the load, which saves time and water without me having to do anything. It also stays stable during the spin cycle and feels very well . The Wifi is also a nice option so i can control the washer with my phone. Overall the Lg washer WT8205CW has been a great upgrade for my home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a washer that performs well and simplifies everyday laundry.
