A high tech, high capacity cleaning machine!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Overall, I am very happy with this washer that I received at a discount. It is so quiet, which I hope you can tell from the video. The remote phone option is interesting, but I’m not sure how often I would use it. I used a minimal amount of detergent and my clothes came out very clean on the first wash. I truly cannot believe how huge the drum is! I placed in my clothing and both of my daughter’s clothing, plus a few items of my husbands and well it looked to be right at the fill line, once the water filled up we could’ve easily fit in a few more items if we needed to. I suspect this machine will cut down my loads per week in half, which I am thrilled about. The only minor complaint I have is that some of the clothes nearest to the agitator seemed to just be wrapping and unwrapping around it, so I’m not sure if that’s normal or if there is a setting I need to adjust so that the entire wash basin spins more as well. Overall, this is a huge upgrade from our last machine and we are very happy with the opportunity to try it through Influenster.

So far so good. Did a lot of research before deciding on the LG WT8205CW, a top load with agitator. I had a Samsung top load impellor for many years. I think the agitator cleans better. Clothes coming out cleaner.

Great step up, nice and quiet unit!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It's our first week with the LG CAEN WT8205CW. We've run about 5 washes and love the unit so far! It's fasterer and quieter than our previous whirlpool and has a nice little jingle as well. I will say that one thing we're concerned about is the black feet on the unit and it leaves black circles on the laminate that I don't think will come off. It's sticky and almost glues to the floor. I'm not sure if this is a feature but that's my one gripe for now.

Great new washing machine!

We were very impressed with how quiet the washer ran. So far we have only tried a quick wash which was only 28 minutes. Super helpful for a fast paced household! The clothes came out much drier after the wash cycle than our last washer. Overall we are very pleased with this purchase!

Awesome machine for a family!
I love this machine. It’s massive and can wash a lot, cleans well and runs a pretty quick cycle. Only dropping a star as it doesn’t have a delicate cycle (you have to download it and use from LG app).

Happy With it - Definite Learning Curve
Bought this washer in June. Coming from a Speen Queen commercial (that rusted out after 8 years) this machine is really quiet, and that's appreciated. No vibration on spinning. Not gonna lie, there is a definite learning curve. I wasn't sure i was entirely happy with it at first, but, I am finding I like it a little more each time I use it, now that I've spent some time reading about and understanding the machine and the app, I love all the wash cycles available on the app. Clothes clean well. Capacity is excellent.

Okay , I did not realize the washer is registered . The Dryer wouldn't work so I looked in the manual and the "Control lock was on ". After reading thru the manual i was able to rectify the problem. I have no idea why or how the control lock was on. I also have a washer that for some reason I could not register but will try again. The washer so far works just fine,

Would not recommend
This is the worst washer I've ever had! When I wash on cold it doesn't fill with enough water so my soap doesn't dissolve fully and it leaves white spots on my clothes. This happens with powder, pods, and liquid soap! The only feature that I can use is the quick wash and I have to use deep fill which uses more water than I probably need. I also do not have a soak feature! I tried to pause it and let my stuff soak and it restarted on its own. So I tried to pause it and open the lid and after a couple minutes it drained with the lid open. I wasted soap and this thing has wasted my time and energy. I have to rewash things and use more water than I nee. It's costing me more money and it's supposed to be energy efficient. I do not recommend this product. Also the spin shakes the machine on anything higher than the 2nd setting and it's a fairly loud machine.
