Tires Did to Last

I purchased four Premium LTX tires for my 2017 Toyota Highlander. After 20,000 miles two tires are at 3/32 and two are at 4/32. My dealer is recommending that I replace the two at 3/32. These tires did to last the advertised 60,000 miles, or even close. I do not recommend anyone buy the.

Primacy MXM tires on new cars do not last

I have 25000 miles on my Acura RDX and over half of the miles are highway miles and the Acura dealer told me that I will need to replace the tires within the next 4000 miles. I expected Michelin tires to last more than 30000 miles especially when over half are on the highway. The dealer said that the tires do NOT have any mileage warranty when the car was new.

Replacing tires at 15,000 miles

I have Premier LTX on my 2017 Acadia. I have been told they need to be replaced at 15,000 miles. These came with the car. One person who looked at them said they were peeling. I need to replace them but I don't know with what. I am afraid to buy Michelin. It would be nice if the company would do something. I'm 45000 short of the warranty.

Premature Tread Wear

These came on my new 2017 Cadillac XT5. I currently have 20,000 miles. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation and the Cadillac dealer said the tires at the minimum tread depth and my not be safe for the Michigan winter. I should consider replacing and also that GMAC will hit me with a penalty when I turn in the vehicle in September 2020

Great Tire

I was supersized to read a lot of the reviews giving Premier tires low ratings for poor mileage. I have 115,000 kms on my Premier's and they still handle beautifully. I drive back and forth between Calgary and Yuma four times a year through all types of road conditions and have never had any problems with handling or traction. I keep the tire pressure on my Mercedes GLK at the recommenced 35psi front and 42psi rear. These tires are far superior than the original Continentals the car came with when it comes to handling in rain and snow, Going to be ordering a new set from Costco before I leave for Yuma this fall.

bald after 20000

These were OEM tires, when I changed oil at 14000 miles they recommended tires, I thought the dealer was crazy but since it was summer I pushed it. Changed oil this weekend at 20000 and they are down below the wearbar. If it weren't a new vehicle I would say that someone messed up when they recorded the mileage.

Very Dissapointed!

I am a long time Michelin customer and looked forward for the life of these tires. However after 16 months and 28K miles they are due for replacement. All highway miles. Tires were rotated every 5K miles and wore evenly but are down to 3/32nds. I am so frustrated and dissapointed in these tires. I pay a premium price for premium tire and am feeling obligated to try another brand due to the poor performance of these tires.

Stick like flypaper

I have owned the Premier LTX for two years on a small SUV. I have been in two close calls that could have been deadly for me. As I forcefully (slammed) applied the brakes in both situations the LTX's stuck to the pavement like glue at 70+mph and approximately 55mph. The wet road traction has been excellent also. The tread life will not be as long as I would like but the handling, quietness, and traction can't be beat.

This tire does what I expected and wanted

After 2.5 years, I am replacing my Premier LTX and a new set. I have been very happy with these tires. They are quiet, handle well on both dry and wet roads, and have had good tread life. I have just over 40k miles and I am replacing them before I get to the wear bars. I have an midsize SUV and I never get full expected mileage from any tire or brand.

Premier LTX Tires wear out far too quickly

These were the factory installed tires on our new 2018 Chevy Equinox. We now have a little over 25,000 kms on the vehicle of which only about 21,000 kms were with the Premier LTX tires ( we had winter tires on the vehicle for 4.5 months). Yesterday (exactly one year to the day we picked up our new vehicle) we had our winter tires reinstalled, and the front tires on the Premier LTX tires showed wear to the point where the Service Manager questioned whether they could be reinstalled next spring. The rear tires were worn down to 5/32 which also would indicate rapid wear against the rating of 100,000 kms on these tires.
