Would recommend

Very pleased with the performance and look of the tires. Went on a 10 day road trip through the Maritimes and the tires got us there and back in smooth quiet comfort! Tire wear was a concern when investing this tire pre-purchase but so far doesn't seem to be an issue as the tires have held up very well thus far.

Bought this for snow

I am now in my 2nd winter with these tires and I couldn't be more pleased. Outstanding traction on snow packed roads and even do a good job on the icy roads here in Colorado. These tires still look brand new and are performing as well as when they were first installed. I would highly recommend.

The Wow Factor !!!

I am a Senior and have seen several different tires by various manufactures and have to rate these tires as the Best I have ever owned. I own a AWD SUV and use this vehicle for local and short trip driving at this time. The tires give you the smoothest and quietess ride I have ever experienced. I have nothing to say Bad about these tires.

Don't be fooled

My originals on my Lincoln MKX were the premiere Ltx but the tread life was subpar so when it came time for new tires the tire dealer said the premieres were not available and said the latitude were comparable so persuaded me to get them. Big mistake! Don't be fooled into switching. I've only driven 6600 miles on the latitude and can't stand them. They have excessive road noise, bumpy ride and does not repel rain water on roadways. I went back and traded in the latitude and put the premiere Ltx back on my Lincoln. I refuse to sacrifice a luxury smooth ride with the premieres for a bumpy noisy ride in the latitudes just to get a little extra tread life. I highly recommend the premieres.

Excellent tires especially in the wet.

Finally changed my 7 year old Michelin LTX's on my Jeep Liberty this past week. They were adequate throughout their tread life but would spin in the wet when starting on even a slight incline and that's with a Limited Slip Differential and were also scary when stopping in the wet. Put on Premier LTX's and they are fantastic. Not a hint of slip starting up, cornering or when hard braking and still they are very quiet. Will put them on my other vehicles when change time comes.

Very Noisy Tire

I bought theses tires a week ago, in the city they are fine, good handling and stability. Once on the highway, they are very loud. I had just taken off my winter Michelins cove and they quieter than the premier. I'm really disappointed and I'm considering Exchange using 30 day return policy.

Poor Tread Wear

I bought these tires for for Acura RDX on 8/29/2019 at 46,000 miles, and 2 weeks ago my mechanic told me the tires need to be replaced and now the car is at 86,000 miles. I had them rotated at every service interval. Very disappointed in the treadwear, especially since they are supposed to last 60,000 miles and I paid extra for these tires. Other than that, they have performed well in regard to noise level, handling, wet/dry/snow conditions, but not worth the money of such a short life, would not recommend.

dandkray, we hear the frustration, but remember, the tires have a limited treadwear warranty. One of our team members will be in touch to work with you and your retailer (preferably the selling dealer), on initiating a warranty claim.

In February, 2022 we purchased my wife's forever car - Lexus RX350 - the second we have owned. Our dealer at our regularly schedule maintenance told us the tires needed replacing at 40,000 miles - not the warranted 60,000. So we only got 66% of the WARRANTED tread wear. Does the word not mean that you promise that the tires will last? In my world (I'm a practicing attorney), you get sued if you breach your warranty. From the reviews, someone needs to sue you for selling such a poor product. And now you want me to buy replacement tires from you? Can you believe it? I'm surprised Lexus puts such an inferior product on its vehicles!

Hunt1955, we appreciate your feedback. Please refer to the Michelin Promise Plan as seen on the webpage https://www.michelinman.com/auto/assistance/warranty. The treadwear warranty is for a specific mileage, and as the warranty indicates, if the mileage is not received prior to the tires reaching the wear bars, we will allow credit based on the mileage received. Should you have further questions, please give us a call at 866-866-6605 8am-5pm EST Mon-Fri.

Disappointed in Michelin and their Premier LTX tires

Purchased a new 2021 Lexus RX 350 in 2021 with OEM Michelin Premier LTX. At 29,000 miles on the car and tires, the tires are so chipped and chunked on the front tthat we are concerned about driving any further. I know for a fact this car has never been in gravel, never hit curb, never been on rough roads, never driven hard, never been in an accident, tires have been rotated a couple times, air pressure always monitored and yet these tires are trash at this point. Michelin knows there is a problem with these tires yet, they don't take any proactive measures to prevent the unsafe conditions these tires could cause. Mechanic said the tires must be replaced now and would not recommend driving faster than 35 mph due to the further disintegration of these tires until replaced. What michelin does not want you to know is the problem is entirely due to the compounds and manufacturing of the tires. There is nothing wrong with your car…just look at all the other complaints on this site and other well known consumer complaint sites. Michelin-I don't want your mileage credit as I won't buy Michelin tires ever again.

Tire meeting warranty is very questionable?

I purchased this new SUV from the dealership four years ago and included as part of the purchase a maintenance contract. Every 5K miles, I consistently took the SUV for the prescribed maintenance (e.g., oil change tire rotation, etc.). Yesterday, I had the annual state car inspection and it failed because of tire treads. The tire warranty for these tires is advertised as 60K miles, the tires on the SUV is 48,200. I have reviewed many tire reviews from various web sites and found one common problem with these tires is often they don't meet the 60K warranty.

Disappointed customer, the original tires on your vehicle do not have a mileage warranty. However, we will be glad to discuss the condition of your tires with a local Michelin retailer. Take your vehicle in for an inspection of the tires and call us afterwards so that we can discuss the dealers findings and determine next steps.
