For food cooking it's been great. I have made fried plantains, wings, rotisserie, fries etc. The bad thing is when cleaning. First one i purchased had to be returned because the door was not properly locking anymore ( I believe its some sort of magner) so it wouldn't start. I think it may have been because removing the door to clean. It allows the door to be removed and to be honest you have to remove it to remove a full drip tray. This leads me to the second one (which will be this weekend) I am returning. I returned the first one and got another to give the company another try. I hoped the first just had a flaw. Well I made a rotisserie in the second one and had to soak the drip tray a little before washing. Washed it with a regular sponge and laid it face down on a towel to dry. This morning my daughter went to put it away and saw rust on it. I rubbed it thinking maybe it was just dirty and the coating peeled away. This was the second time I used this second fryer. I am so disappointed as I loved using the fryer so far but the fact that it isn't made to withstand use makes it useless to me.

Complete junk. Poorly built and the smell it makes is terrible the whole house smelled bad. Taste wasn't as good as from an oven and didn't save anytime cooking and cleaning it up eats up anytime you might save cooking. Going back to Sams Club. I expect more from Sams then this.

This was the best thing ever....until the unit got too hot and warped the door. Now, you ask? In order to get the oven to start, I have to close the door repeatedly until the light *finally* goes off and it starts....only to stop as soon as it gets a little hot....repeatedly. Guess what? I get to close the door a bunch more times to get it to start again...and we repeat this until I give up and cook the items somewhere else...like the real oven. So - I chat with”customer service.” They disconnect my chat 3 times by letting it time out (looking things up to “help” me) or ask me questions that require me to look something up - voila, disconnected again! I finally figure out that I have to argue with the customer service chat guy “Allan” long enough to compose the email I am instructed to send to “corporate,” because he can't help me. Seriously? VERY poor customer service, VERY poor item - highly discouraged!

This purchase was my second air fryer. I use the first one almost daily (another brand) and love it. I mostly use it to cook frozen french fries for my grandchildren and chicken and fish for myself. The only problem is that it is too small to cook more than 2 servings at once. I bought the Power AirFryer Oven thinking I was upgrading to a bigger more powerful model that would cook much more food in the same amount of time, especially since it comes with three racks. Wrong- only the top rack gets the heat. I complained to the manufacturer and was told that you have to rotate the racks which takes three times as long. In my opinion, this defeats the whole purpose in buying the oven. It also seemed to take a little more time for the things I was use to making. I returned mine.

I bought this a few weeks ago used it one time to make a rotisserie chicken. The chicken turned out wonderful. I went to use it the next day and fan did not come on. I started smelling melting plastic not sure where it was coming from, but the top of the unit was screaming hot to the touch. I quickly unplugged the unit, afraid to think of what might have happened if I had not noticed the smell.

This is very cheaply made - I am taking it back!

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. More bells and whistles than I know what to do with!! Amazing!

I love ours, the ones that we just got are for Christmas presents. I hope they love them as much as I do.

May return it, undecided. The rotisserie set up isnt easy enuf and instructions could show how to better.

I love this little machine! cooks my food crispy. The times in the cookbook are not accurate though so watch items when cooking.
