We just bought this soooo excited, but the production of this was not good. Missing the washers and the screws don't fit the holes. Contacted customer service no response yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my electric smoker for years and have smoked some amazing things, even in the dead of winter, in January, in northern Indiana.

The only difficulty is putting the unit together. Make sure there are two people because the unit needs to be rotated to its side during assembly. This is my third unit since I wore the previous two out through usage.

i am really enjoying my smoker learning every time i cook something and ways of making it better. tomorrow I'm cooking my first baby back ribs can't wait

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this smoker for 5 years AFTER my dad used it for three years. The wood chip feeding tray makes it easy and clean to keep smoke up without mess. Works great for finishing out a long cook on a brisket. Love it!
