From the moment I opened it and installed it I knew it was the best investment. Way cheaper than getting a real Picasso. Or getting my family pics on canvases every year. Sure there was a learning curve but I believe Ive mastered it. Even figuring how to edit the scale of phone pictures to better fit the screen. I see a lot of poor reviews and I wonder if that may have been the service offered by the large box store they bought it from being poor. I still have mine just about a year now with no issues and just in case I did buy an extended warranty for 4 years. So I'll be protected. All and all love my Samsung products. This was my 5th tv all still working well still in my home. Not to mention all my kitchen appliances and laundry pcs are all doing well and I've been impressed with the technological advances of all of them threw the years.

It has been easy to figure out the features, has a beautiful clear picture, and the art feature is what I had hoped for. I have it in a conspicuous place in my home and didn't want a big black rectangle, and the art feature solves that issue. Finding apps and using the remote was not complicated. I was worried that the TV would have the "soap opera" effect as I have observe in new TV's, but it has not been a factor.

I bought my TV a month ago. Arguably, the artwork display is a nice feature but is it worth the money especially as this is a so so TV picture quality for the money? Also, portrait mode was claimed at the CES2021 and it does have it BUT!!! I found Samsung totally unwilling to help on this feature as discovered many others having the same issues. Even though it is a 4K TV, as soon as you orient the TV into portrait mode, it only becomes a 1280P TV. The very best resolution I have been able to get is 2160 x 1280 pixels as a TV. The artwork will take the full 4K pixel count but it does nothing to improve the artwork past the 1280p limit. Also, I have not been able to remove the border around the picture in portrait mode, it looks to be fixed an just offers 2 different widths for it. Samsung also closed down the Tizen App store at the end of 2021 so don't expect anything more that what is already offered on the TV. All in all, not a happy experience with the TV or with Samsung who has been avoiding the portrait mode issues.

The TV is beautiful when it's turned off, even more beautiful when it's in art mode, and glorious in 4K picture. I was surprised to see that the default was for Motion Enhance (soap opera effect) to be ON. It's a shame to think that there are consumers out there that don't know to turn it off. The audio was a little muddy and I have to have the volume very high. I am going to look into a compatible sound bar, since this model is really all about picture. Selecting art for Art Mode is a little clunky and takes some getting used to, but it's so worth finding the right image!

I bought this TV on Black Friday and have been blown away by it since. The display is incredible, very nice picture quality and the art looks like a painting. One thing I don't like is the lag on the remote, makes you think it hasn't registered and you wind up double clicking. The picture quality and the flush mount system more than make up for it though.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We've had the Frame for just over a month now, and I couldn't be more pleased. The picture is amazing, and the panel is so thin, it's hard to believe. The 65-inch size is just the right size; 55-inches would have been too small, and 75-inches would have been pushing it. If we had a bigger room, maybe a bigger TV would be manageable, but since the bigger one costs significantly more, the 65-inch is definitely the sweet spot. Eventually, I'd like to add a 3D sound system, but the onboard sound is excellent, so I'm in no rush. Art mode is a fantastic feature, and my selected photographs looks amazing up on the wall. TV was easy to set up. And Samsung has some great free programming to boot (I'm personally digging the 90's and 80's music video channels). So glad we made this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Frame TV for cable TV, Vudu app,Disney+, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Internet app and also Bixby for shortcut using my voice to navigate. I absolutely love the new design with the One Connect. I feel it runs smoother especially LAN connected. The 4k UHD when gaming looked amazing no delay or lag compared to other models. Then there's the remote I'm so happy it is a C-Type rechargeable battery so you don't have to worry about batteries anymore. When I was unboxing the process was so much more simpler( compared to models with the metal stand in the middle) with the legs/feet just slide in very securely no tools needed. And an added bonus it came with an easy wall mount to give you even more options . Lastly I love the art feature so when you are no using it. And now I actually use intelligent mode its spot on, the sound and the picture changed accordingly to what you are viewing. Simply innovative.

The ability to transform your tv into a work of Art is really amazing and has such a positive effect on the feel of your living space. It is incredible and totally worth a little extra cost. I was a little nervous because I had read some reviews that said the 2021 wall mount was difficult to install… well that simply wasn't true! It was the easiest wall mount I've ever done. I also couldn't be more pleased with the picture and sound quality. We will probably order a soundbar at at some point, but honestly I am not sure we need it. Also, the amount of programming available via Samsung TV using just WiFi is amazing. That combined with Amazon Prime and Netflix … I am considering not renewing my expensive cable service after my contract is up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always hated my old flat screen TV's. They never fit my décor and The Frame is the perfect solution. The selections of art work is impressive if you opt for the subscription service, but it's nice that Samsung included some free art and the ability to add my own pictures. The television also has a motion detection that I can use when the artwork is on display. After the designated time goes by, and no motion is detected, the television turns itself off. When motion is detected again the artwork is restored. A single translucent wire hangs down from the television which powers it and connects to a small Samsung power box. No bulky wires! Just a modern, clean space! The volume fills the room up pretty well, however I recommend a sound bar to enhance the sound. The television has a self-diagnosis display that I press and it starts scanning for any potential problems that need to be fixed. I tried this and it fixed my auto volume function. This television is just wonderful to have and it really completes my living room. This room has become the place to gather as the Samsung Frame television has completely delivered another special product!
