Weak on the art...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid TV but the management system and selection of art is very limited. For the monthly cost, there should be a lot more choices and the way the art is managed should be a lot more intuitive. So if you are looking for an art frame this is not really it. Its a TV trying to be an art frame and not the other way around.

Awesome for displaying photos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Automatically turns on and off so you're pictures are displayed only when you are in the room. Also have 32" frame and an automation so when the 65" frame sees motion it turns 32" frame on and off.

Great TV !!!!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought the 50” Frame TV approximately 6 weeks ago and hung it in our living room. Installation was fairly easy and my family love it as much as I do. The Frame TV has even fooled a few people, as they did not realize it was a TV! Love being able to put my personal photos on the Frame.

Buyer Beware

I purchased the 75 from an authorized Samsung dealer. Upon opening the TV installing it on the wall I noticed I was missing the two M8 screws and pads to attach the brackets to the TV and the pads to balance. I reported the issue to the store I bought the TV from Monday morning and they proceeded to say they would report to Samsung. Two weeks went by and I had not heard from the store or Samsung so I called Samsung. After 30 minutes on the phoning filling out a report for the missing parts I was told to speak to customer service. Customer Service proceeded to tell me that I did not report the missing pieces within 48 hours as such I had to follow up with the dealer. I was blown away...a $3,500 tv that is missing two screws and pads worth less than .50 cents and I was being told to pursue this on my own... You would think buying through an authorized dealer would be sufficient coverage for a product of this price range but obviously not. I would not recommend any Samsung products given their position on after market service. Frankly, I would avoid the products all together as this is clearly a sign of a systematic approach to service.

GORGEOUS picture in such a thin panel! SO pleased!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We've had the Frame for just over a month now, and I couldn't be more pleased. The picture is amazing, and the panel is so thin, it's hard to believe. The 65-inch size is just the right size; 55-inches would have been too small, and 75-inches would have been pushing it. If we had a bigger room, maybe a bigger TV would be manageable, but since the bigger one costs significantly more, the 65-inch is definitely the sweet spot. Eventually, I'd like to add a 3D sound system, but the onboard sound is excellent, so I'm in no rush. Art mode is a fantastic feature, and my selected photographs looks amazing up on the wall. TV was easy to set up. And Samsung has some great free programming to boot (I'm personally digging the 90's and 80's music video channels). So glad we made this purchase.

Beware of claims

I bought my TV a month ago. Arguably, the artwork display is a nice feature but is it worth the money especially as this is a so so TV picture quality for the money? Also, portrait mode was claimed at the CES2021 and it does have it BUT!!! I found Samsung totally unwilling to help on this feature as discovered many others having the same issues. Even though it is a 4K TV, as soon as you orient the TV into portrait mode, it only becomes a 1280P TV. The very best resolution I have been able to get is 2160 x 1280 pixels as a TV. The artwork will take the full 4K pixel count but it does nothing to improve the artwork past the 1280p limit. Also, I have not been able to remove the border around the picture in portrait mode, it looks to be fixed an just offers 2 different widths for it. Samsung also closed down the Tizen App store at the end of 2021 so don't expect anything more that what is already offered on the TV. All in all, not a happy experience with the TV or with Samsung who has been avoiding the portrait mode issues.

Wonderful picture

Picture and colour is great. Just love it and the size. Still figuring out some features. Love the frame but wish there were more paintings to chose from. My cable, Netflix etc is a high price every month and cannot afford signing up for more paintings to choose from and some of the apps that are offered. Love my new TV. Always loved Samsung products!!!!!!

Love this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been totally happy with this TV. It has been easy to figure out the features, has a beautiful clear picture, and the art feature is what I had hoped for. I have it in a conspicuous place in my home and didn't want a big black rectangle, and the art feature solves that issue. Finding apps and using the remote was not complicated. I was worried that the TV would have the "soap opera" effect as I have observe in new TV's, but it has not been a factor.

Couldn't be happier

What an incredible tv and very happy with my purchase. I bought the 55 inch and kept the original black frame. Also purchased the art store add on. We change the art almost every single day. Picture is crystal clear, remote is great. Only two items of feedback. If we could ditch the ads on the main screen app line. Also if we could play music while the art is displayed.

More than just a TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this TV like any other TV and it comes with the added bonus of looking like a framed piece of art when not in use. The TV picture is beautiful and the app selection is great. I'll probably replace all my TVs with frame TVs over time. This is a great product.
