[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the business I am in when we open a property I always have required that we use Samsung TV's. When you are installing over 500 units you need to know the product will work. Most reliable product on the market very good customer service and the product has a very low failure rate compared to other products. So for personal use I have also only used Samsung again never a problem GREAT picture and good features. The Samsung also integrates very well with other enhanced products. I once tried LG for a project and it was a disaster we hade a a 24% failure rate later to find out the they assembled the same model with different parts.

The selling point of this device is the wall mount and Art Mode. The TV itself is not great. A comparable TV can be bought for half the price. My wife LOVES the flush mount and Art Mode. Happy wife…. The Art Mode works really really well, as long as the room is well lit. Otherwise, it still looks like a TV with a picture on it, because any other pictures hanging around it will be noticeably darker. Something to consider. I use to have a 12 year old plasma, that had a much better picture than this, but again, my wife loves it.

This TV was nothing but a hassle. First, after purchase and having installers show up discovered there is a HUGE connector that needs to be placed close to TV. They wouldn't install so our contractor figured it out but it was tough and cost a lot. When we finally had it installed we discovered that you have to PAY for any pictures beyond the ugly 22 stock photos. Don't buy. Regret purchasing it.

Although it's slightly larger than your normal house hold tv we needed somethin to fit our budget and also worth bringing people over to hang out watch sports or movies. With two kids they have friends over and love to play games or go online to watch tiktok videos. Overall this tv brings quality sounds and quality imaging. I'm a happy camper

Love this - had it for a month. Colour is pristine, and the art function literally makes the space above our mantle feel like luxury! We also bought the teak frame which makes it feel even more like a real piece of art. Friends actually didn't know it was a TV! A fantastic way to add to your space!

Some of the features are not as intuitively programable as I would like but I'm getting there great picture. It looks amazing.

I bought this for my Mom 5 months ago and it has been great. We did have a problem with it randomly turning on at the beginning but we figured out how to outsmart the smart TV
