Unit is ok but lacks an real pressure to get high up on 2nd story house.

Easy to setup. Has been working good. Spray tips don't always snap in - need to be careful.

We've had ours for about 2 years, and have had zero issues with the performance.

Out of the box it wouldn't work. Called tech support they said to find an authorized service provider. Nah, its going back to Sams Club for a replacement.

Lots of reviews complaining about missing broken parts. No problem here. Put together in 15 minutes. Hooked it up started the engine and it sprayed just like I expected. Think lots of people like to complain

So, I had to purchase 3 to get one that I was pleased with. I returned the first one because the Honda engine would not stop "hunting" (pulsating) while it ran. I used it twice and the pulsating grew more rapid with the second use so I returned. I exchanged for the second one. Took it out of the box and I had no clue how it made it through quality control. It was pretty beat up with scratches bent wand "hanger" and a big paint chip on the apron. Yes, I exchanged for the third one. Took it out of the box and it looked fine. Runs like a clock with no engine "hunting". I really felt bad for having to return the first two but what the heck. If I'm spending $350, I want a unit that runs well and doesn't look like it was mistreated right out of the box.

This thing has serious water pressure. Great for cleaning concrete, homes before you paint and so on. Took about 10 min. To assemble and started right up. The soap feature is great for washing your car. Items I'm not crazy about, pretty strong vibration particularly on concrete, it is also loud, you won't need ear muffs, but it could wake your neighbors if you start too early. Simpson did use a nice hose hanger on the previous models, on this model they have Velcro strap that is useless, guess they need to save some money. If you are fine with the issues I mentioned then you will really like this pressure washer.
