Setup was quick and honda motor started on second pull. Pump did not pressure up though. I made sure to bleed all the air and have plenty of water pressure. There are other posts saying they experienced the same issue. It was super easy to return to Sam's so I will order another and hope it works. Simpson Powerwasher two stars, Sam's club Five stars.

Put oil in as directed. Immediately leaked. Never used or put gas in it. Parts missing. Taking back.

This was bought to replace my previous 3100 psi. I was hoping that this unit would bring more power to my wash. I was disappointed. It was no more powerful. Also, it shook like crazy. I read other reviews saying this, but had to experience it myself. I would not buy this unit and would look else where. It just was not the unit I expected.

Bought for general cleaning around the house, windows, driveway, sidewalks, car washing, etc. Decided on this one due to it having the Honda engine, 10 foot longer hose and higher available pressure at 3300 psi, than the lower price unit Sam's carries. So far, very impressed. Easy assembly; complete instructions. This machine is a beast! Cleaning concrete pavement is a breeze. Highly recommend it. WTG, Simpson and Sam's Club!

Junk, Junk Junk !!!!! Bought this unit at Sams Club, put it together started washing the house down and it locked up within a few hours.

Little tricky to turn on for the first time, had to leave the turn on switch inside instead of pulling. Great pressure and turns on every time.

I bought this unit twice. Pump went out both times. Bought a replacement pump for the last one and it only worked 30 minutes
