Pressure would never stay built up. I purchased this after the one I had for over 30 years finally gave out due to erosion or corrosion of the pump. The old one had more pressure than this one and was only a 2200 psi. I returned it after several attempts to improve.

I bought this as a gift for my husband and he said this is the best power washers he has ever used. He has used it on our cars as well as 3 homes and it has worked great!

Arrived on time and set up fast. I've power washed The entire back yard, the driveway, the walkway, the curbs, the porch and the brick mailbox in two weekends and it has worked great! Love it so far

Overall good so far. It was easy to assemble, starts great every time and a lot of power. The only thing I would change is the way it pulls soap, not very easy and doesnt work well.

Very nice pressure washer you cant beat the price for what ya get. You get the oil with it also just fill it up and put some gas in and its all set to go. If your in the market this is a good one.

The power sprayer works fantastic. It was very easy to put together. It started after the third pull the first time I tried it. It has since started on the first pull. It's a great tool, well designed and great quality.

The Honda engine is great, the pump is great. But the widest angle nozzle, I believe it's white, is completely useless. It doesn't fan the water nicely. It instead directs all the water to the outside edges of your fan. So if your washing about 8" wide strokes, the outer 1" on each side of it look great, but middle 6" is getting nothing.

I purchased this model 2 days ago. After completely reading the manuals and ordering the next smaller size jet for high altitude, I added fuel and oil and started the unit following the recommended procedure exactly. I ensured all hose fittings were tight, no leaks or hose kinks were present and all air was purged from the system. Upon startup the pump did not build pressure. I shut down the engine, reviewed the manual, removed and reinspected all connections and ensured the water supply was producing adequate pressure and flow rate. After repeating this several times and switching from a 5/8” to 3/4” hose, still no pressure. Today I tried again with all hoses in a straight line running downhill from the water supply to the unit and to the end of the high pressure hose. No pressure still. Called tech support. Very friendly and helpful. Offered to send a field tech or warranty unit. Need this now, no time to wait, much time wasted already. Removed inspected, reinstalled unloader valve. No pressure. Extreme frustration. Exchanged pressure washer for new one at retailer (Another 40 minute round tip drive + fuel). Prepared and started. New unit produces pressure. Stalls when trigger released. Every time. Assuming misadjusted unloader valve. No more daylight to work on it. Shouldn't even need to considering it's new. May refund tomorrow. Much time wasted troubleshooting 2 brand new units after paying nearly $400 after tax. Cannot recommend this product. Read great reviews about Simpson products and quality control. Experience has been contrary. Terrible and frustrating waste of my time. No apparent issues with Honda engine. Unit walks on concrete and handle fastener repeatedly loosens completely within minutes after hand tightening to reasonably snug due to vibration. High noise level typical of other similar pressure washers. One star is for falling extremely short of expectations of Simpson products. May be better but not this experience.
