The TV is amazing! I love the picture! It is beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a great picture and sound with the front facing and rear down facing speakers. There are a multitude of settings available to achieve the best picture and sound. The glass backing is a nice addition that adds extra support to the very thin OLED screen. The remote is very easy to use, and the pointer on the remote makes entering passwords and search text quicker than scrolling with left/right and up/down buttons. It is very easy to access and select other program content, especially with the dedicated Netflix and Prime Video buttons on the remote. There is a thicker section on the lower back of the screen for the electronics and wall mount, so it doesn't lay flat against the wall. If you install it on the wall, keep the black piece that is attached to the bottom glass of the TV because it will need to be replaced on the glass if you decide to use the stand mount later.

Green vertical line on screen out of the box. Initial service request made to LG 2/15/2019 it is now 6/3/2019 And after 3 service appts a new OLED panel, new cpu board and new power supply board now I have a TV that is totally dead. No outlook for additional repair or replacement. Don't throw your $3300 in the trash and purchase one of these TVs!!! When will someone at LG do the right thing and replace this TV.... not holding my breath.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this OLED 65-inch over 6 months ago. It stays on all day every day even if nobody is watching anything. Examining the screen very closely reveals absolutely NO HINT of any burn-in or image retention even if TV has been tuned to cable news or a shopping channel with fixed logos on screen. The perfomance of this OLED TV is superior to everything else in every way except that it is not capable of achieving as much brightness as regular LED TVs. If you don't have your TV in a glass sunroom full of skylights then this is not an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the nest TV I ever purchased, better then the 60" Pioneer Elite Plasma TV this replaced. Apps are easy to use and plentiful, and was easy to setup. Only one ,major problem, the TV screen picture quit working, only had audible. New TV is on the way and will be installed on 6/29/2018. This is a 5 star TV, and we had great customer service. Works really well in a bright room.
