[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 2 weeks ago and find it even better than my Pioneer Plasma Elite Pro. No manual accompanied the TV but found one on line (pain).

Screen burn-in is real

Had the TV for about 5 years and mostly enjoyed it until it suffered from screen burn-in. Just from regular use. The pixel-shifting feature that is supposed to help prevent this was turned on. Pixel-refresh feature does not fix the problem. Now I'm stuck with the ugly screen defect and I probably couldn't even give the TV away.

Hey Dan! Thank you for sharing your experience regarding your LG TV with us. We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed your TV, and we want to ensure you get the most years out of it. If you notice any burn-in on your screen, we recommend adjusting the logo brightness, which helps decrease image burn-in. Screen replacement

Purchased TV 3 years ago. It developed "burn-in". LG agreed to replace the screen.
