I don't understand the bad reviews for this product. It qas very simple to make. Yes, it could have used a bit more veggies. My boyfriend who dosnt normally cook, made this because it was very easy. I couldn't stop eating it. We were very happy with it

Bought this for a quick dinner tonight and made it using the skillet method (while hubs made a similar pad Thai meal using microwave with similar cooking instructions and time). My meal was done within 1 minute of his being ready so cooking it in a skillet really didn't take longer. As for the taste, I enjoyed it and it was exactly what expected. Noodles and sauce with a little bit of beef and even less veggies. One thing I did notice is that the noodles were not nearly as dark as the photograph. The dry veggie pack consisted of dried green onion/spring onion only. The veggies in the meal were diced carrot a little bit of edamame/soy beans and a couple waters w we chestnuts. It's enough for two people

Im actually super surprised by the negative reviews. My husband (who is korean and very critical of food), my 4 year old daughter, and myself ate this last night and I was soo impressed. I wasnt expecting it to be as good as it was. Took 15 minutes to cook in the stir fry pan. Im not a big fan of beef, but even I liked it. The baby corn and water chestnuts were yummm and there was plenty if sauce to cover the noodles with out making the dish too runny. Will definitely be buying this again!!

This is a wonderful meal for my family. It was easy to prepare. It was very simple to prepare and my two little children's loved it. It has good portion of meat and the meat quality was pretty good. I feel very satisfied since I was able to feed my kids good portion of protein.

I bought this product for the first time to give it a try because I love Asian food. This product is so easy to cook and all the ingredients are individually packed. Just follow the instructions and voila! I did add a little bit of sweet soy sauce to it but that's just my preference. It turns out amazingly good. The udon is just the right chewy texture and the beef is surprisingly tender. I will definitely buy more. Thumbs up!!!

My husband kept saying get this you love noodles, I really do. Sometimes packaged udon can have an off taste, not here! I made according to stovetop prep and was really surprised at the taste and texture, the week and veggies were really good and the sauce just right. No more take out for me! BTW, the serving size was good for two huge portions or three regular.
