Only had it for a week and am still discovering the features. So far so good, I am pleased with the picture. When placed in a Standard picture setting sometimes the picture will start to get dark over about one minute. When I reset the picture it corrects itself most of the time. When surfing the web, the cursor on the keyboard does not "drag" and must be moved by repeatedly pressing the directional button. This makes entry tedious and prone to error. Have not figured out how to add external speakers.

The setup was relatively easy except for selecting the right sound mode for connecting to my receiver system, bitmap or PCM. The documentation, including the Emanuel did not provide any information on this. It was through trial and error that PCM was the correct choice, otherwise I would lose the receiver connection and sound whenever you changed channels or skipped ads on the DVR. Other than this frustration, everything else works fine,especially the wireless connection to the internet for watching Amazon movies, etc.

When I saw this unit in the store, I did not set my hopes so high due to the price tag because I was just out for the bare minimums (4K+HDMI inputs), however to my amazement and surprise, this model exceeded my expectations by far. The colors/brightness, quality and features are amazing!!! With the smart features, I was able to get things going within 5 minutes and it had some features I was not even expecting like DLNA client and useful Apps, all organized extremely well through the menu. Its been a week since I've been using this unit which replaced a smaller unit and I am still in a state of awe - thank you Samsung.

This smart TV is amazing. One remote for everything with minimal buttons... WHAT?! Navigating through cable, DVD player, and NETFLIX, etc. with this simple, sleek remote is so easy. We have watched action, horror, and comedy movies as well as football, and the picture/sound quality is on point. We played around with the settings for picture and sound and found what works best for us. The picture is crisp and clear. Colors are vibrant. Sound from the TV itself is clear. We may upgrade to a sound bar, but at this point definitely not necessary. Good bass for TV speakers! Between the UHD (which we have) and the SUHD, I'm pleased with the quality this 55" TV gives us!

I found this product to be a really great television for the price. It was an easy setup and most important it still has the coaxial connection. If you live in an area that still relies on cable that is an extremely important feature. The regular DVD picture quality was fantastic, I can't wait to watch my blu ray on it!

I purchased this 4k tv three weeks ago and love it. The picture is outstanding even when you are viewing it from a angle. The set up was very easy as well as user friendly. The only downside to this product is the remote which is not user friendly or worthy of this product!!

Every time I purchase another brand, I'm a bit disappointed. This TV is spectacular, easy setup, quality, and extras are worth the small premium price. Support has also never disappointed me. What a great display. I still don't know why new monitors include speakers but, there must be a demand. Personally, with a high quality picture, high quality sound is a must.

This tv now doubles as a computer monitor for graphic design as the display is accurate and easy on the eyes. Plan on getting a sound bar. No room in this to adequately provide quality sound. Also, the smart part of the tv is still cumbersome. With the ability to update the software there is hope that Samsung will address this issue.

I had purchased the 55" Class KU630D 4K UHD TV back in 2016. Since the day it was purchased, have had not one single problem with this TV. The color is still excellent, the sound is wonderful, anything can be plugged into this TV with no problem. Bluetooth settings are very easy to use and pairs with all my other devices. Love that one remote does everything. And on top of all that, it is so simple to go online with the browser that is already built in. Originally purchased this Samsung TV to replace a 55" Sony TV that one day without warning just shut off and would not come back on no matter what I tried. Sony's customer support was absolutely no help at all and told me I'd just have to buy a new TV. That TV was only 3 years old! And one month past the warranty date. So, didn't want to go that route again, & decided to purchase a 55" Samsung TV instead. Best purchase I have ever made. When this Samsung TV finally goes out, I will be purchasing another Samsung.

Choose another model unless you want to unplug this TV every time you want to resume your last app when you turned off the TV. The TV doesn't actually turn off, it goes on standby, loses internet connection, then tries to resume the same place in the last app. As you can imagine, this can't work since it loses connection during stand by mode. Samsung support can't understand this and they think this is a normal function of the TV. They are right. So if you buy this, enjoy getting an error message in every app you try to resume when you turn back on the TV.
