As a previous Samsung customer I was happy to purchase another. Setup with the DirectTV DVR Genie box, combo DVD/VCR player was painless. Programming my remote to sync with the new TV likewise was accomplished after searching the online menu. Visually the new screen is bright, crisp, easy to view. I simply withhold an Excellent overall review until I have adequate experience more than a few weeks, but I suspect this will be as good or better than my previous Samsung purchases and for that I say "Bravo!"

Back in the day, we had a small black and white tv. There were only three tv stations: ABC, CBS, and NBC. Friday night fights were all the rage. TVs back in the late 1950s was more of a novelty than a necessity, and today, it's more of a necessity than a novelty, so you're going to want the best product on the market. The reason i chose this model is twofold. I have the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. What better TV to integrate with than a Samsung? There isn't!!! Connectivity was a snap. Hooks up to your WIFI just as easy as your Samsung smartphone. I was viewing Amazon Prime video and Youtube in minutes. HDMI is used for my Direct TV. BTW--this tv is Direct TV ready. Win, win. I also have the old fashioned TV antenna on my roof, and let me tell you, the broadcast HD picture is amazing. You won't go wrong purchasing this or any other Samsung TV. Oh, and the picture quality--it's like being there in real life.

Setup was easy, it detected all connected devices and installed on the proper input setting. Just had to input my wireless router password and away-we-go............Sound is a little weak, and had a bit of trouble syncing the peoples mouths with the audio when running through my surround sound system.

I'VE OWNED AND STILL HAVE MANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS FROM WASHER S AND DRYERS TO TV'S THIS WILL BE MY THIRD TV THAT I HAVE BOUGHT FROM SAMSUNG AND IT IS THE BIGGEST TV THAT I HAVE BOUGHT. I REALLY LIKE THIS TV BECAUSE ITS LIKE HAVING A COMPUTER IN FRONT OF YOU. IT HAS BLUETOOTH AND WI-FI WHICH WORKS GREAT . THAT BIG SCREEN IS REALLY BIG IT LIKE HAVING YOUR OWN THEATER AT YOUR HOUSE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ON YOUR SAMSUNG PRODUCT. I REALLY ENJOY THEM.

I have had to reset the TV to factory defaults once since purchasing 30 days ago in order to get the TV to connect to my WIFI. Additionally, have had to log out and back into TV WIFI network several times to try and get it to connect. TV is 15 feet away from my router with no obstructions in the way. Tonight I had to set the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and unplug the TV for 60 seconds and back in to get it reconnected (via Chat help). I have confirmed it is not my router since the WII right below the TV is able to immediately access my network and internet to watch Netflix. Concerned that I am going to continue to have issues with this functionality, which is why I purchased a SmartTV rather than use a different device (e.g. my WII).

This Samsung 60 " TV has a very realistic picture and enhancements that can be done in different viewing modes. Easy to adjust with the simple remote control to access these features and more. A top of the line TV in every aspect. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone who wants to upgrade to 4K.

i bought this tv approximately 3 years ago. was quirky when trying to connect to home network even with tv 10 feet from wireless router. apps on tv get compressed on menu sometimes making them harder tomaccess. just lost the power supply so tv is dead. this tv has been in the basement and is only used occasionally. basically, they made this tv as cheap as they could. i paid what i thought was a good price until i started using it. if i had to do it over again, i would get a refund from the retailer.

I really love this product . actually I have always been a lover of Samsung products.My phone has always been Samsung,just like my TVs from the 32 inch,now I have a 60 inch Smart TV.I have a blue ray Samsung DVD player too as well as a Samsung Sound bar. With my expErience with Samsung products I will always be more than ready to recommend Samsung products I love this my new TVs very cute remote control that I can even use with my Cable box.

TV has a great picture and features. The only issue I have on occasion is that it can be sluggish when I first start it and try to access the apps. Sometimes the remote doesn't connect and it takes several tries before anything happens, including turning on the television.

This is unlike all the other tv's you've ever owned. Most tv's look exceptional in the big box stores on demo mode but this tv actually delivers in your home as well. The display is so vivid and crisp that I often have to turn down the display because it's almost too much clarity. If you pair this set with a good sound bar you'll be in your own home theater. The price comparison is exceptional for what you get. If you're on the fence, trust me, BUY IT!!!
