[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first large tv and I couldn't have asked for better television. I did a lot of looking around prior to purchase and when found this tv I knew it was the right one. Sports look incredible on this tv as does normal programming

Love 25 things about this TV.... what an upgrade from our 10 year old 720p TV. 1. Weak Speakers.... I cannot seem to connect my 10 year old stereo system to the TV to get sound through my stereo. I need to call tech support. 2. Black Screen Lines - There are some faded white vertical lines when the TV is in between shows when there is a black screen background. They for the most part, go away the show or movie comes on. I don't think this is normal. Again... I need to call tech support. 3. Remote - TV did not come with a 'Smart Remote' - but yet is says you need one to set up the 'Smart TV' features. I called Tech Support and they said for me to just buy one on the open market or from their parts company J&J. Love the TV and hope to own it for another 10 year span!

I mounted this TV on my wall in my master bedroom.The picture quality is the best I have ever seen even from a side view, The remote is very easy to use. My wife loves this TV. She is able to access Apps like Hulu, and Netflix easily to watch her favorite movies. This is a great purchase. I would recommend purchasing this TV.

I had another 42 inch of another brand and something ended its life prematurely. I have had this tv for several months, now and am completely satisfied. It was new technology at the time. I bought it at a store that guaranteed the low price. When I got it home, I literally couldn't believe the quality of the picture. I remember putting in a dvd and remarking how intense the lighting was. It was obvious that they needed much more light when the movie was filled. It actually looked like you were watching from the sound stage. I don't regret paying more for mine. It was a great price back then. 20 years ago, I gave much more for a 36 inch tube set. Buy this. I think that the tv has maxed out what the eye can distinguish.

Was easy to set up. Remote use quick to learn and controls the other units except for turning off /on. Have not figured that out yet. It is nice having only one control vs three to manipulate. Within 8 min was able to navigate and get what we wanted. We love the picture. It is so different from our 10yr old VIZIO picture, which was good, but this is like you are at a window looking out. Very clear and crisp. We only had it a week but at present would highly recommend it.

As a visually-impaired person, I truly enjoy the accessibility feature on the Samsung TV. As a matter of fact, this is my second 55" TV. But, I am very disappointed with the new remote control. It takes forever to select a station using the screen selection of numbers. I wish a traditional remote would be an option to make using the TV easier.

This is a wonderful product, crisp images, HDR for my PS4 Pro, and Samsung is the only brand that I know that has the feature of "On Time", I use this for my alarm clock to wake up, set the date and time and the TV comes to life, with the channel and volume you pre-set. I love it!

We recently purchased this TV. We had a 55" SAMSUNG for 11 years, so we wanted to stick with the SAMSUNG brand. This is an absolutely amazing TV. The colors are so vivid and sharp. I watched a movie for the first time last night and I felt like I could reach out and touch real people on the screen. We are very pleased with this purchase.

A bit disappointed that this doesn't offer SlingTv as an app. I have to have an external device such as Amazon Firestick or Roku in order to watch SlingTV. That makes it awkward because Amazon, Netflix, Hulu and everything else is on the tv, but have to go through Amazon to get to Sling? Samsung chat says that it's because SlingTV operators no longer support Samsung TV's. Writing to Sling people now.

The 4k picture is exceptional, the full web browser works very well, the Channel Guide is something that I was not aware of but is of great value. I also did not know about the extra button for each show and it is a very valuable feature. The set up was extremely easy.
