I have previously used HP products including printers and have been happy with their products but this printer is a disappointment. It is difficult to load the paper and only takes about 25 sheets at a time. The small screen is impossible to read the messages and continually signals information that can't be read even with my readers on. It worked fine for about a month but then would only print if I unplugged and replugged it. The virtual agent didn't have any choices to fix my issues and when called their service line to get help the person was pretty helpful and took my phone # incase we got disconnected. We did get disconnected and its been over an hour and no call back..

HP has excellent tech support. Unfortunately, even after spending 3 hours with them, I couldn't get this printer working. Prints the test page and nothing else. The document feeder doesn't work right. The wireless doesn't work right. Won't work with a USB. Scanning sometimes works, sometimes not. Even when it's working, the functionality is very limited. Save your money and buy something else. I've had problems with every HP printer I've purchased.
