Seems to be a good printer, BUT it was the most difficult printer to install that I have ever encountered, and I have had several printers in my lifetime.

Perfect printer for my home. Comes with ink and a 5 mth trial of free replacement ink. I can print from my phone, or email a document to the printer and it's ready when I need it.

It's not the easiest to connect to WiFi. I find the direct connection to be the better route for me. However, it is a great printer and I'm happy with my purchase.

I am very happy with my new HP all-in-one printer. It was easy to set up and is very user friendly. I would recommend this printer for any home office setting.

This isn't the fastest or quietest printer I've ever owned, but the features are great and it's only about $15 more than replacement cartridges. It also comes witb 5 months of free ink.

I replaced an older HP printer that I had for over 10 years with this one. To be fair the old one was not perfect but it worked most of the time with no problems for many many years. I bought this one a little over 6 months ago and I'm ready to throw it in the street. It looks brand new still inside and out and yet it constantly has paper jams. So frustrating!! I would recommend not buying this and pay a little bit more for something that's not a complete piece of junk. Blah. Very disappointed in this product.

It was cracked

From the beginning it had a strange hiccup of not quite shutting down. While not in use, the scanning bar would move about 4" and then return, over and over. It was annoying. Despite several virtual trips to HP support and numerous troubleshooting, we gave up and returned it after giving it a shot for 3 months. When it prints, a bit slow, but it does a good job. When I returned it to Sam's, the customer service person said that her same unit was beginning to act up as well. Nice price, awful unit.

Do not buy! I received it today and will be returning it tomorrow. Printer is not working properly and showing paper jam when nothing has been printed yet. I wasn't even able to print my test page after setup so I've literally printed nothing. I've done the troubleshooting and I'm beyond frustrated.

This is not user friendly. The workflow is too complicated. Printing a simple page takes multiple steps and tons of time. The device is SUPER slow. I would give it zero stars if I could. The only thing I like is the fact it is quiet. I have played with this thing for two weeks and hate it. It is being returned.
