The best feature is to set temperature of heated water. Ive purchased 3 addl kettles as gifts and recommended tofamily and friends.

This thing is amazing, I never knew I needed an insulated kettle but it makes so much sense. Love it. will never go back to a non insulated version.

Temp control is great and it lets me bring water up to whatever temp I want very quickly, my only qualm is it’s spout is a little cumbersome.

It takes no time to heat my tea water! This is a game changer. Also make my Asian noodle soups with it and instant oatmeal!

Had some issues after about 14months, but customer support has been responsive in helping me out.
