This makes 3 of these kettles that we have now purchased. One failed within 4 months of use and I attended to reach out twice now and nothing ever comes of it?

It certainly keeps the water hot for hours, even if it’s switched off. That’s a big deal for me. Love the color and it’s not too heavy to lift. Feels pretty solid. It’s noisy when it’s first heating up but silent afterwards. Great deal!!

I am a truck driver and it’s difficult to get hot water sometimes. Having this kettle made my life easier. It’s durable convenient and easy to use. A must have for everyone!

Worked for 3 days, then the keep warm quit.

Not the greatest for the amount of money I paid. The touch screen makes it look all fancy. But stopped working less than a year after I got it

I love colours in my bright colours in my kitchen, because it gives an extra level of warmth and comfort.

Temp control is great and it lets me bring water up to whatever temp I want very quickly, my only qualm is it’s spout is a little cumbersome.

The best feature is to set temperature of heated water. Ive purchased 3 addl kettles as gifts and recommended tofamily and friends.

Love the idea of having a kettle that can keep water at a certain set point. Super handy. Will be making a lot more tea now that I have this!
