Seems well made. I like that an Automatic Transfer Switch ("ST" optional unit) can be easily added. Added oil, but the flexible funnel that was supplied has smaller size threads that won't screw into the oil fill opening..... Nice that two quality wrenches were supplied with the unit, to attach the wheels, legs, and handle. Started right up on gasoline, ran some break-in time using two 1500W heaters. Seems to be pretty quiet for such a large generator. Have not yet tried propane. A Parts diagram was supplied, noticed that this engine has a balance shaft, and an oil pump. I suppose, because of the pump, it has forced lubrication (versus splash), which is a nice feature. The Parts diagram is missing the piston and connecting rod, it needs updating.

We bought the iGen11000DFc because we live in Florida and experienced two major hurricanes this year. Fortunately, we did not use it as our power was restored quickly (thank you to the line people from near and far who made that possible). We will keep the project for future needs. Recently, we had a transfer plug installed and ran the product for about 8 hours in advance, per the electrician's instructions. So far, so good. It was easy to assemble and is easy to maneuver.

I live in an area that has energy issues, with the 5000W peak capacity, this generator has enough power to power essential equipment. From refrigerators to basic systems (air conditioners). Plus, it can run continuously for several hours with a moderate load, ideal for home or small office use. One of the notable aspects is its fuel efficiency because can operate for up to 20 hours on a full tank (depending on the load), which allows you to not have to constantly recharge. I did not run it with propane yet but I know I have the flexibility to use it. Is easy to be used and is portable as a big cooler because of the wheels and an ergonomic handle for easy transportation. Additionally, most feature an intuitive control panel, with indicators for fuel, and voltage levels, making monitoring simple.

I own 2 of these generators/inverters because they are super quiet, have remote start and are duel fuel. They are easy to transport and have gotten me and my family thru 2 hurricanes in Florida. I have researched alot of generators and Westinghouse is the best with all the features you want and need.

I bought this generator a month ago. I ran it through the Break in.Very quiet, hooked it up to a camper with 30 amp service ran air conditioner, refrigerator, TV and some lights and never went over 25% very quiet very happy with it. I would definitely recommend it.

Everything included to be able to start right out of the box. Right amount of oil included and the wrench needed to connect propane bottle to generator. Once oil added and battery connected the generator started with the first pressing of the start button. Very quiet compared to my other generator. All necessary documentation included with this equipment.

This is my third generator. Decided an inverter generator is a must. My other big generator caused problems with my sensitive electronics. This one is quiet and powerful. I like that they included the extras. Especially the battery maintainer. Came well packed and the instructions were good. Started right up. Love the display. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought this generator to run my camper while hunting off grid. It ran the entire camper. During the trip we had days that required running the ac. This generator ran flawlessly and is very quiet and fuel efficient for the power it produces. The remote start is something I didn't think I needed but I'm really glad to have it now.

I bought this unit as a power backup, and to be able to carry it to other sites that need power. Unboxing and setup was a breeze. The unit is a little heavy, but manageable. After unboxing, and fowllowing the set up instructions the unit cranked up immediately. I've only run the unit with gas, have not tried propane yet. The electric and remote start are a definite bonus. I've only used the unit just for breaking in, but it powered two deep freezers and refrigerator without any issues.

Purchased Jan 2024, used for backup offgrid power ~ 2hrs/day when there's no sun, have replaced 3 batteries, starter just went out, info screen went out after 2 hours of use(didn't affect output). Now (Nov 24) co monitor is stuck on and genny won't run more than 1-2 mins. Other than those issues, this genny ran great for ~ 4 months.
