I bought this to use "just in case" and haven't had to yet. It arrived undamaged. Everything was included. I'll update when/if I have to really pull it out and use it.

Just fired it up for the first time. Started right away. Very quiet - my neighbors were complimentary! I love the control panel. All the connectors and data read-outs anyone could want.

This generator was recommended by a knowledgeable friend. I haven't started it yet, but it looks good. I hope it performs for a large party we are going to throw in a week.

We got this as a Christmas present and so far it's been nothing but trouble. Leaks propane, so cold blooded it takes literally 20 minutes to start in freezing temps, doesn't start period on propane, and now it's just... Died. Would not recommend!

Looking forward to firing it up. Specs meet all my needs. Shipping box holed and battered, styrofoam packing on wheel end broken. Unit looks ok, we'll see. This is the second one purchased due to box and packaging, returned the first.
