Having a 7.3 hp engine and overall derating factor of 3.5% per 1000' puts me at 25 amps at 6,000 ft, that is clever! Able to switch between fuel sources without shutting the unit down and battery charges while engine is running is very good.

I purchased this model generator for its size, dual fuel and invertor for low THD Also the reviews I read was another reason as was positive. Weight is another reason

Bought this for the living quarters on our horse trailer. Have not used it on the read yet, but connected to the trailer in our yard. Love that it is quiet and will run on gasoline or propane.

I had issues with the first unit but Westinghouse customer service was able to resolve my problem. This generator is quiet and puts out a lot of power.

I just received the generator on Monday, every thing I needed to get started came with it. I added gas and it fired right up. Switched to propane with no problems, runs my RV well so far ( it was 100F. on tuesday and it ran great.

When looking for an RV generator, you think about value, quality and life span. This generator met all of those requirements and some. Being dual fuel and providing maximum wattage was also a huge bonus!!

Unboxed it, put oil in it, connected the battery, connected the propane bottle and turned on the propane, turned the switch on and pressed the power button. The iGen 4500 DFc started right up. Runs great.

Running strictly on propane. It does hunt a bit at idle with zero load, but I didn't buy this to run at zero load. Runs fine under various loads and is quiet for such a big generator.

I have an older different brand generator that is so loud that you cannot talk to anyone when it is running. The IGen4500 is so quiet that I can stand next to it and hear my wife telling me what to do. The was a great buy.
