One weekend out and the battery won't start it and it hard to start. Hopefully I can update this once the service dept contacts me with a quick and easy solution.

Duel fuel, quiet, started right up out of the box. Easily convertible to run off natural gas to house. Exactly what I was looking for. Hoping I will not need it, but o so glad I have it come hurricane season.

I just purchased this for my RV and backup power for my house. Love the duel fuel option. Very happy with the noise level. Right out of the box was running in 5 mins. Push button start!!!

This generator is quiet, love the features. Would be a five star review except data panel not working out of box. Customer service helpful so far, will ship a new data panel to swap out.

You can see a lot of thought was put into this generator. It has all the functionality you could want and gives peace of mind with an active hurricane season upon us. It's easier to move around than I expected considering the weight.

Haven't needed to use yet, so 4 stars at this time. Nice design, easily moved. Set up was simple. Ready for action. Dual Fuel is a plus and the main reason that I waited for this model to become available.

We bought this after hurricane Ida because we work in healthcare and have to stay in the city to work in the hospital. We gave it a trial run and had no issues! Easy to follow instructions and relatively quiet which fit the bill.

Love being able to power travel trailer and quietly. Quick setup. Put oil in (check regulary -did not require entire bottle). Like the remote. Just wish it had 12vout out instead of 5 v.

We have been so impressed with this generator. It is significantly quieter than anything else we have used and easily powers our whole dual air conditioner trailer without a problem.

Bought this and two weeks later an ice storm knocked out power for 8 days. This unit performed as expected and kept us very comfortable in freezing weather
