I bought this last month. Thankfully haven't had to use it yet. Cranked easily first try and ran quietly. Too heavy for a 65 year old woman to pick up but old woman and old man husband were able to pick up and set on back of truck. has an extension handle and rolls easily.

Just bought and surprised how solid this is constructed. It is heavy but easy to tote around due to telescopic handle. Have only used it with propane so far and is exceptionally quiet. Started up first attempt using the fob. Purchased 50' 10-gauge extension cord per instructions. Did not have any spikes in voltage which is important as I will connect my home fridge to generator during next outage. Highly recommend this dual fuel model should community I live in be short on either the propane or the gas. Not so concerned about the next ice or winter storm now that I have this!

The generator is super quiet, and very powerful. It powered my 1200W widow AC unit and still showed 0% on the capacity Guage! I plugged in an air fryer instead and then it showed 10% go figure. I used the 30A outlet, and heavy duty cord adapted to fit household plug. Overall, extremely satisfied with this high quality and dependable generator.

We have 2 hours on generator, everything ok. Only issue was with shipper and battery. I think the shipper dropped the package on the battery end, as the battery was loose and the - terminal was bent. The battery terminals were also corroded, but cleaned up easy, and I coated with di-electric grease and re-connected. We are running on propane only. The unit starts with the remote almost instantly. Have not tried the unit with our RV 13500 bu A/C as yet.

This is generator is pretty good for as small abs quiet as it is. Only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because it requires me to work on it for it to run properly. The automatic chock wires were disconnected right out of the box and it didn't run very well with the factory spark plug. However, once those 2 issues were remedied, it's been great!

Purchased two of these iGen4500DF generators to parallel and power my 50 amp RV. Got them home, followed the easy to understand directions and fired them both up. I'll have to break them in before paralleling them, but I'm pretty confident they will work out just fine. The remote start/stop is a great feature.

Have not got to run it much so I can't speak to dependability but has all the features I need and unlike my 3000seb blue generator I can lift it into the back of my truck without help. The fit and finish leave a little to be desired but it is also more watts and half the price of what I'm comparing it to. To the people that mention changing the oil is messy. Find a small funnel "notch it if necessary" that will fit under the oil drain through the hole in the bottom. be patient and let it drain slowly and you will have no mess. At this point I would buy again.

I jusst recieved my generator by UPS yesterday in perfect condition. After adding engine oil and connecting the battery I connected to my propane tank and started it up. I then plugged in my 28 ft travel trailer and engaged my 13.5K A.C., two refrigerators,microwave,two tv's lights and converters,it ran everything at 50% capacity. It's extremely quiet and the remote start is so convenient!

Piece of crap, it went through 25 gallons of propane like there was five generators hooked up to the bottle. I went out and looked at it and propane was coming out of the black part of the regulator. It won't run right, when it runs, it might run for half an hour and then it surges and shuts down.

Handles on top of frame work great for team lifting. It is not very loud. All controllers are easy to use. It also comes with a battery tender. Handle and wheels are nice for moving unit. Only draw back is I wanted to run this off my travel trailers propane tanks. I cant hook it into my existing system do to the design of the hook up on the generator hose. It requires a separate tank. If that is not important to you then it is a 5 star unit. Out of all the dual fuel units out there I would still buy this one over the others i looked at,
