Just got this Inverter Generator. Build quality looks good and solid. Even though I'd read the specs for the iGen11000DFc I was surprised at the size and weight of it. It's not possible for the average guy to lift this into the bed of a truck. If I were using this on jobs I'd put it on its own small trailer and leave it on the trailer. For home back where its just gets rolled out of the garage when needed the wheels and handle are adequate. Set up is simple, connect the legs, wheels, handle and battery then attach to a propane tank and it fired right up. The electric start is a nice convenience but there is always the manual pull available if needed. This generator is as quiet as an inverter generator should be which is a good thing. I like it.

I really like this iGen4500DFcv inverter dual fuel generator. Setup was very easy to follow. I used LPG instead of gasoline. Started after the 3rd pull. Ran the unit for 5 hours and changed the oil. The oil condition was as expected. Still somewhat clear but no huge amount of shavings or glitter. Ran for another 20 hours using it off and on keeping food safe. The oil change is messy just dumping the old oil inside the cover so it could go out a drain hole. Better design or drain hose would be nice. Unit was not very loud at 30 to 40 percent load. Liked the ECO mode as it saves fuel and is quieter. The face controls tell you everthing you need to know. Overall would recommend this generator to anybody.

I'm a 60-year-old woman, and my friend suggested this generator for me. When he showed me how to use it (with propane) I was amazed at how simple it is and how quiet it runs. I'm very happy to have this on hand for the (not so infrequent) power outages that occur here in central NH.

I purchased this generator to backfeed my panel during the next power outage. I selected this generator because it has the perfect requirements for just such needs; plenty of power, safe to use with sensitive electronics, dual fuel, 50a output, easy to store and move around, and it all comes at a fair price.

I purchased this Westinghouse iGen5000DFc based on my research. The information I found lead me to choose this unit over many other brands that I researched. When I got it home and unboxed it and I was immediately impressed with the build quality. After reading the documentation I felt confident I made the correct decision. The manual was clear and informative. I examined the unit thoroughly getting familiar with the location of all the significant items and at that point I knew I had made the correct purchase.

Easy to set up, no assembly. Only need to add the oil they give you and plug in the battery that's also included. I'm running it on propane to use for camping and it's decently quiet just slightly louder than the more expensive Hondas. Runs an electric cooktop easily. I feel like the pull handle should be made of metal and possibly the wheels made a little larger to be better at going up and down steps, but it works as intended!

When my 8 y.o. Generac 15,000 KW gen with about 30 hours died right in the middle of a 4 day power loss, I decided to try a different brand. I searched the web and when I saw this 11,000 kw w/ inverter I decided to try it. Igot it all set up and when I started it, I could NOT believe how quiet it is. I have not had to use it yet, but feel it will do a good job. So far I love it.

I bought this inverter generator 3 days ago. It was very well packed in its box, user manual is very good. I set up the unit added oil and tested it, runs and works good. only one problem is I am missing the remote start fob, I will be getting a hold of service center for help

I bought this due to power outage our city has been having and wanted a generator to run the house. This one checked all the boxes and feels high quality. I plan on just running it off propane since I am using it just for power outage and dont want to worry about having store gasoline or gasoline going bad.

The Generator came early and was in perfect shape. unboxed and setup was easy. I ran several tests on propane and it was quiet and ran my house as needed. I would like a little more info in the manual---Battery type/ expected life span would be nice. This unit is for those random power outages. I have already recommended this unit to my friends
