I have another generator rated at the same output but it is gasoline only, heavier and louder. I ran this one for an hour break in period. I varied the load but kept it below 50% as instructed. After a little over an hour I performed an initial oil change due to small engines not having oil filters. I used propane and had to play with the choke a little but it started quite easily and ran well. It has a reasonable level of noise but it is a generator. So far very impressed with this unit.

My only issue to date was that I couldn't find any info on where the serial number was located. A quick call to support solved it instantly. (It's on a bar code located low between the wheels - almost underneath the unit) Packaging was good - no visible shipping damage.

Just purchased and broke this inverter in. It switches between gas and propane without shutting down which is very nice. Ultra quiet and runs smooth. Unit arrived with a broken access panel. The customer service rep I spoke to was very polite and made getting a replacement sent out a non-issue. Excellent customer service and am pleased with my order just for that.

I am so happy w my new Westinghouse Inverter Generator. From the packaging and easy to read manual it has been a pleasure to use. Reasonably quiet and all the features I need. The dual fuel gives me ability to use either gas or propane. I was impressed to see how many service areas are also close by should I need them in the future

Bought this to power my newly acquired 33' 5th wheel, it powers my A/C unit and most everything else with no problem! In the evening I put it on ECO mode when just running lights, TV, etc., it throttles right down to an idle to where it can barley be heard! Starts immediately with remote control, I shut it off at night with the remote, when I get up I turn the main breaker off in my trailer, remote start the generator then turn on the main breaker in a minute or so, make my coffee! Excellent product! Very happy

Just purchased and after looking at the numerous amount of machines i settled here. The Honda was very nice but 2-3 times the cost and less wattage. This also has propane which is an awesome feature so no need to worry on storage with fuel. Overall very please with my purchase and to boot...its quiet !

Was scared at first. Box was delivered pretty beat up but product was not damaged at all. After filling the oil and checking the battery, unit started up with no problems. Using propane as my fuel source it was very smooth running and the noise level was less than I expected. Will update after my first real usage.

They give you just a little bit too much oil, so don't dump it all in, keep a few ounces back. The funnel actually threads in which is really handy. Haven't tested it with the camper yet, but sure it will work fine. Got a good deal at a big box retailer that had it marked at the 4500 price.

Bought this generator for my camper. Dual fuel is certainly a positive. Remote works great for starting while inside camper especially at night. Handle is convenient moving generator to different places. Very conservative on gas and propain. We will highly recomend this generator to family and friends. Searced for the perfect generator for us and we have found it.

I bought this for my business and we needed it for running a freezer during an event. It arrived just 2 days before the event, but it was so easy to operate that we were all set. Having the dual fuel option - Propane gas and Gasoline is awesome! And it starts with just the push of a button, which is super easy!
