I bought this about a year ago and just had a chance to really use it this week ,it would not starting on propane(it was about 35 degrees outside) but it fired up when I use gasoline it ran all night without any problems and that's really what you need from a generator no problems

Not wanting to get caught in another winter storm in North Texas we decided to purchase the iGen4500DF… this little unit is awesome! Set-up is simple and takes just minutes… once we added oil into the generator and connected the battery cables she fired right up. We had tested the unit out by connecting various electrical devices and she purred like a kitten… steady clean electricity. I'm not looking forward to another power outage in North Texas but if it comes we're ready thanks to our little iGen4500DF.

I am very satisfied with this product. It starts right away on a cold start. I ran it on both gas and propane, and it is very efficient. I ran it for 9 hrs on gas and under heavy load (3850watts) for the last hour. Works perfectly, no issues what so ever. Highly recommended if you are in the market to buy a generator.

Just arrived, easy start up. First unit that arrived was damaged (ups). this unit seems solid except for a stripped screw on bottom side. Seems like it will work for our travel trailer/controlled edison power outages in our area.The remote start is a great feature for camping.

The generator seems to work as advertised. I started with propane and haven't filled the gas tank yet. I may just stick with the propane. I had read a lot of reviews and sometimes it showed up with the automatic clutch disconnected. That doesn't seem to be the case with mine as it settled down very quickly. I really like the remote start.

We purchased this unit for both limited home and RV use. It exceeded my expectations! Being able to run both gasoline and propane makes this unit so versatile. It is so easy to set up and run that it can be ready to supply power in less than 30 minutes. Everything works perfectly. Can wait to put it in to use while RV-ing! Arrived in good packaging and had the first fill of 10W30 oil included with the basic spark plug and maintenance tools too. Filled up the oil, and a little gas and it fired up the first try. This unit is so quiet I had to bring my wife out to listen and we had a conversation right next to this generator under a 500 watt load. The battery was even charged so I could use the remote start fob to start and stop. I did a lot of research and price modeling for three months and landed on this unit. It is by far the best value in my mind and in online reviews for value. It is 10db (3 x) quieter than the other popular competition. The digital readout is very useful and not on most other generators. The fuel and power load indicators are easy to read at a glance graph like colored indicators. I was able to extend the telescoping handle and with one hand move this generator around easily and the handle stores back out of the way. I am very happy with this generator and look forward to our next RV adventure off grid.

We bought this a week ago and it works great! Love the remote start and that we can use propane or gas! The expandable handle makes it easy to move it around. There are 2 handles on the the top that make it easier to lift. Fairly quite as far as generators go.

We bought this Generator for boondocking while camping in our Casita Trailer. It got to us WAY quicker than expected. I was extremely well packed for shipping. It arrived fully assemble. Just add oil and gas, oh, and plug in the remote start battery. Only problem is one that probably can't be fixed.... the weight..... about 100 lbs. very quiet. I would highly recommend ..... I do NOT regret this purchase......

We needed a generator to back up to solar power at our off-grid cabin. This is the right size (and then a bit), and the dual fuel capability was very appealing since it will sit unused for weeks on end. Too soon to attest to reliability, but it has the chance to be a perfect fit.
