Westinghouse provided excellent documentation (i.e. Operator's Manual, Suggested Maintenance Schedule, Troubleshooting Guide, Detailed Parts Lists, Electrical Schematic) for their iGen4500DF Inverter Generator. Mine started just fine using the remote key fob and LP Gas as its fuel source.

Initial start up after adding oil, connecting battery and adding fuel took a while and after no success with remote/push button start tried manual start which did not work until trouble shooting and choke manipulation. No issues after the initial start.

I think this iGen4500DF is awesome. A little heavy for a senior to take in and out of vehicle but once out the handle and wheels make it easy to move around. Started on second try out of the box. I'm running it on propane and so far it's perfect. No problems.

After much review. We purchased this generator for off grid camping. So far really like this little gen. Has been easy to manage and transport. With a little shielding is fairly quiet. The dual fuel feature with a 20/30 LB. LP tank, allows for a pretty clean transport and set up. So far appears perfect fit for our camper/camping needs.

Researched dual fuel inverter generators and my choice of the Westinghouse did not disappoint. All items that were supposed to be in the box were there, and starting instructions were simple and explained. Did not expect the telescoping handle (as on luggage) but it was a great help in moving the generator into position. Cranked first time. We hope we will not need to use it this hurricane season but are confident it will do the job.

I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT ON 10/10/19 WHEN IT CAME IT WOULDN'T START I CONTACTED FACTORY PURE THEY GAVE ME A RUN AROUND AFTER SEVERAL DAYS OF CALLS AND RAISING HECK I FINALLY GOT THEM TO SEND ME A RETURN LABEL . IT WAS SENT BACK THEN HAD TO WAIT A WHILE TO GET MY NEW ONE .

This is my second generator 1st came damaged second will not start would not start right out of box waiting to here from the tech that is supposed to call me would like to give a review after the tech calls hopefully this is an easy fix doesn't seem to be getting fuel

Received generator today. Unpacked and inspected looks great. Installed supplied oil, ,assembled supplied propane hose to regulator and attached to propane tank , checked for leaks . I turned switch to run ,pulled 3x and fired right up . Plugged a small load and let in run about 20 minutes. Will continue break in over next of days . So far very happy with my new generator only time will tell.

We just received our new generator and I couldn't be happier how easy it was to set up and start. My 13 year old boys were able to add the oil, connect the battery and add gas to start the generator on their own. The unit is very quiet and comparable to the Honda 3000, which we also own, but also comes with about a thousand more watts to run additional appliances!

Quality item in most respects. Having to install a high altitude kit was a surprise and there was a yet to be located loose item rattling around in the bottom of the generator. Will find that hopefully when I change out the jets in the regulator and carburetor.
