The item was delivered in excellent condition. I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet but I'm certain it will deliver everything it's rated for and what I need. Do not forget to read the owners manual, as operating as altitudes above 2,000 feet require different regulators and fuel jets. Good product!

I bought this about a month ago and so far both my wife and I are happy we did. I bought this model because of the features and previous reviews, and can say this product lives up to its excellent reputation. Generator is especially user friendly with the electric start feature which has worked flawlessly. This makes it much easier for my wife to use if we lose power when I'm not home as well as being incredibly convenient with the remote control start. Awesome feature. Having dual fuel capability is also one of the main reasons I bought this model. I'm running it off of a 30# tank. Much more preferable to me than keeping gasoline around. I'm ok with losing a few watts of power to be able to run propane. Quality seems to be great and would definitely recommend this model.

I've been looking for a generator so we can expand our camping adventures to include boondocking. Many of the places we want to visit are in remote areas and while having electricity is not absolutely essential, it is a nice perk. After considerable research, I decided on the Westinghouse iGen4500DF for all of its features, especially the dual fuel capabilities. It was delivered in a robust box with more than an amble amount of foam packaging. Setup was super easy with the include oil, funnel and quick connect battery. In less than 30mins from unboxing, I had the generator running for a break in period. It fired right up on the first try and after a few seconds (while the automatic choke did its thing) it got very quiet. Then I switched it to eco-mode and couldn't believe that it got even quieter. I called my wife over to take a listen and she couldn't hear it running until she was about 20ft away. We plugged in our RV and began turning on appliances. It handled everything we threw at it including a 15K btu A/C, electric hot water heater, refrigerator, and coffee maker. We were careful not to overload the generator and turned off some equipment before turning something else on. 3700 watts gives us more than enough power to be comfortable when we are dispersed camping. The telescoping handle makes moving the generator a breeze. At a dry weight of 98lbs, this unit isn't exactly light. However, with the long handle, pulling it around isn't a chore.

Runs our AC and microwave at the same time. I like the wheels and the suitcase handle which makes it easy to move. Had no startup problems, perhaps they have finally been resolved. Fit and finish is just so-so, but that is all cosmetic, what is more important to me is performance. The owner's manual is a cut above what we receive nowadays. I see the issue with the oil drain, but I recently purchased an oil extractor and so I had no mess. If you have several small engines, that is the way to change oil. I'm satisfied so far.

I bought this unit due to it having the duel fuel and other features of the three ways to start the unit. the only con I have is the oil fill tube requires it to be firmly screwed in when filling the unit with oil. The noise level is very quite for a inverter of this size.Very happy with my purchase

I bought this unit as I want to Power my house as we lose power on consistent basis every couple of months and am sick of throwing food away. Also wanted something that would be safe to run our electronics. Recieved 2 days after ordering and easy to set up to. Started right up with remote nice feature and also tried the push start button and pull option, fired right up and was pleasantly surprised how quiet it ran. Tried it out with my power tools, worked with no issues. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this particular Inverter generator after alot of research, it has the power I need for my 30 amp rv, remote start, dual fuel for versatility and it will fit in the back of my tow vehicle. It will also be used as a back up for our home's refrigerator.

I purchased in the past month for home back up. Fortunately have not had a need yet. Lots of research (and education in Electronics) led me to this unit as an Inverter is the best option going for truly reliable power supply. I wish there was a 240 volt option (standard transfer switch plug vs TT-30R) of these smaller enclosed, Duel Fuel units. True that I would have to switch around available power, but it'd be nice to be able to power up a well pump, hot water heater, etc. Otherwise, this baby handles most all 120v needs in short term power outage so long as you pay attention to max power vs. nominal.

Did a lot of research before buying this generator for home and trailer use. Read from reviews that it is incredibly quiet and YES, it is. Very impressed with the easy setup and overall operation of the generator. So far, I am pleased with the purchase.
