I just bought this and have ran it for the break in time. Idle fluctuated at first using gas but leveled out. Propane ran very well. Not sure how accurate eco mode is. It says it is suppose to run a minimum rpm to save fuel but there was very little difference in sound.

Bought for boon docking and AAU track meets in our RV. We're in love. It's quiet, powerful and easy to manage. It lasts about 3 hours with a tank of gas running one AC. Perfect for the year round louisiana heat. We are so happy we bought this! Well worth the money!!! AMAZING GENERATOR OVER ALL!!! Buy it if you have doubts.

Did a lot of research as to what generator to purchase for working on rustic cabin with no electricity. Had my sights on the Westinghouse iGEN 4500 and knew I needed to get one! We had a storm blow through and knocked out my power at my house so had to act fast. Found one, hooked it up to frig and 21 cubic ft. freezer for nearly 56 hours straight and ran like a CHAMP. A single full gas tank was good up to 21 hours....Purrs like a kitten but powerful as a Lion!!! Love this unit and highly promote anyone in need of generator to buy this model!!! I bought this unit to provide temporary power on my new home construction site. So far, so good. I've only run the unit on propane, but it's started up every time. Only comment is that I wish the provided propane hose was 2ft longer than it is. I have incorporated the generator, propane supply and accessories container onto a heavy duty garden cart. It's my "Power Wagon"!

Set up went really well, very easy, and well laid out in the manual. I am planning on mainly using the unit with propain, being I will be using it for the camper and a backup for some devises in the house for power outages. With the non frequent use of the inverter, I thought the use of propain would be a great option, to decrease the change of guming up of the carb.

I just unboxed this product and fueled it up - after watching a quick Youtube video, I was able to connect the battery, add the oil, and get it started! I plugged it into my camper and was thrilled to learn that it was able to power everything, including the AC, Fridge, and Lights at only 50% capacity. Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to taking it camping this weekend!

This is a great product for a reasonable price compared to other brands. But the customer should not have to immediately tear the product apart to repair the choke. This is a common problem...so common there are videos of the repair online everywhere. The cable connecting the choke to the control board was not hooked up.

This generator starts on the first time, ever time that we have used it. This will definitely allow us to keep the freezer, refrigerator, and other critical items running when we lose power rather losing a lot of frozen food like we have in the past. Have already used it outside so far for powering air compressor and tools when away from the house and it works great. It is a little louder than I expected for one of our secondary uses, which was trailer camping at sites without electricity, but I may be able to devise some temporary screening that reduces the noise to a lower volume so it wouldn't disturb other nearby campers.

This generator is very dependable, starts up ALWAYS on the first or 2nd time. I use this generator 5-6 a month powering a variety of outdoor equipment. This is one piece of equipment and am never worried about. I highly recommend this generator. I have owned many generators in the past and this one is much more quiet and much more dependable.

Bought this unit for its features (specifically: dual fuel and the inverter) and so far I am quite happy with it. Using it to power my house (minus all the 240 V appliances) and it seems to be more than adequate for this purpose Typically using about 700W (it's a small home). We have had one four hour power outage during which it was put to use but I am firing it up every weekend for a short period of time just to ensure it is in good running order. Highly recommended!
