Propane capability AND remote start sealed the deal for me. The panel has a built in usage gauge so you can keep track of hours between maintenance. The power output receptables have every use coverred, even for powering our travel trailer.

It is much quieter, more efficient, and the duel fuel source means less trips to the gas station during extended outages. The auto start is nice to have with the pull start as a backup.

They are very nice looking, compact, well thought out design. As I was removing the oil dipstick, I did consider that it's a little fumbley for those with normal to large hands. I haven't actually used them yet, but they insist I do the review now if I want a free cover. So far, so good!

Also we will be using it for our RV. Its very quiet and really like all the features it offers really like the duel fuel and the pull handle which makes moving it really easy. It runs great on propane. I feel is a well made generator and would purchase again.

Every other appliance at the same time no sweat. Has to be the quietest generator at this size I have ever heard. It has a good solid feel to the cabinet and controls. All the controls and outlets are all weather protected, a nice added feature. Looked at a similar size Honda for 75% more money and after running this one I think I made a good choice. Hope it lasts as long as Westinghouse has been around.

We have friends that we camp with that have this generator and it is wonderful. It is quiet, starts every time and runs on propane. The propane is so much less trouble, and runs cleaner. We go deer hunting and the remote start is a blessing first thing in the morning when it's raining and cold. I just can't say enough good things about this camper ready generator. We just love it.

The dual fuel feature was crucial to us, as we prefer to run propane when possible. Electric start and remote start are very convenient, but you always have pull start as a failsafe. The dashboard is well-designed and easy to read. The 30A receptacle is appreciated. The extendable handle and wheels work well, making this easy to move around. The generator is also extremely quiet. We don't hear it indoors when it's running on less than 50% load. Owning this gives us a high degree of confidence should we ever encounter a power outage.

I had a 20 yr old generator given to me that was brand new, still in the box. It would not power up my high efficiency furnace. Turns out the furnace immediately identified the “dirty” power from the old generator. But everything runs fine on this Westinghouse inverter. Even with the well pump. Im very pleased with the quality and the quietness of this unit. Also the run time on either propane or gasoline is impressive. At the time of purchase these models were sold out everywhere. That should tell you people are buying them as fast as they can make them. There are no other inverters by any other manufacturer this size.

I did not want the hassle of storing gasoline to run the generator in case of a power shortage. I can keep propane on hand over the hurricane season without worrying about it going bad. If need be and if it is available I can always use gasoline as a back up.

The dual fuel is perfect! Easy start up and operation. VERY quiet. Weighs under a hundred pounds so can be lifted and moved with ease. Even easier with the pull out handle that makes it as easy as pulling my old little red wagon! All controls and indicators are easily read and understood. Very well engineered! Works great with our 30 AMP RV hook up. In future, will be off road boondocking for sure!

It started on the first push of the button. Ran it for an hour with just a small fan, then put my 60w laser on it and added two more fans. Never exceeded 25% of its load and ran smooth as butter. The remote works from inside the shop to the outside and its a metal building. The next day, repeated the process and smooth as silk. Love this thing and would highly recommend it. Oh, and it's pretty easy to move around with the big wheels, even on gravel.

It was a hassle having to wake up at hunting camp, go outside when its 20 degrees and start the old generator. Now we can remote start it from inside the comforter to keep the heater going. The fact that it has dual fuel is amazing. We go on 10+ camping trips a year. We sometimes forget to fuel up the generator, fill up a gas tank, or sometimes forget to fill up the propane tanks. Having the option to use either fuel in a huge bonus for us.
