I just started this generator today and it is quiet for the size. ECO mode does quit down more, but I haven't place the generator under load yet. I will be heading out for a 2 month trip to multiple states and will be boondocking. I will update during and / or after completing this trip.

Wanted a duel fuel generator to use with a travel trailer. Had to be light enough for one old guy to move, and quiet enough to use in campgrounds. This one fit the bill. Directions for set up were easy to follow…starting on propane can take several tugs on the cord, but it runs great after that. Eco mode reduces the noise level further.

I bought this a month ago and it has everything I expected and more. It's quieter than I expected, transition between gas and propane, without an issue, starts easily, the directions on how to use a very clear and concise. When I attach it to my trailer, Seeing the amount of power that this was putting out was very beneficial. Even running my air conditioner it was only a 50% power and then included my refrigerator in freezer. I'm very pleased with this Westinghouse generator.

Although I only recently purchased this dual-fuel inverter generator, I found it easy to assemble, easy to add the oil, and much quieter than my 10k gas generator when running. This inverter generator is VERY heavy, although once the wheels, feet, and handle are installed, an average person can move it around on flat ground. One additional note for the new owner - the removable door for adding/checking oil and connecting to the battery takes some considerable pulling to open - although there is a twist lock, there are also several pinch clips holding it on - don't be afraid to give it a good tug.

Recently purchased and generator appears ti be a great value. Started up with no problems and ran well. Only issue is the placement of the engine oil drain plug. Not sure how to drain the oil since there is a cover under the engine that will be completely flooded with oil. Manual shows a tube extending out from the drain but does not provide any instruction on how it is used and is not included with the generator.

I purchased the igen4000dfc for dr camping in our 35' camper. The machine came with everything needed to start up and maintain. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. I specifically purchased the unit with remote key fob and push start ignition due to my own back issues and ease of starting for anybody young or old that needs to use it.

Bought this to powwer the house and central AC in a power outage. I am in Tampa and almost yearly we are without power for up to a week due to hurricanes and sometimes more often than that. I did install a soft start on my central air and with this generator I can run my whole house. It is amazingly quiet as well. I have only run it with poropane thus far and it starts right up every time. It is also extremely quick and easy to open the covers to check the oil or disconnect and reconnect the battery for storage. They seem to have thought of everything. I am super pleased with my purchase and newfound piece of mind.

The generator seems professionally built and the fit and finishe is good except for the rear exhaust is off center from the exit hole a good bit and the propane attachment coming out of the front control panel needs to be 1/8 to 1/4 inch over to the right. I barely was able to get the hose fitting attached.

Out of the box this is a great looking generator. It comes with everything you need to put together and get it running. From all the wrenches, oil, propane line and regulator. Instructions are easy to follow and had mine set up and running in 30 minutes. Pretty quite. Can have a conversation with someone as close as 5 feet away. Very impressed.

II bought this a few days ago, it just came in, setup was fairly easy, the oil funnel would't screw into the engine block but not a big deal. filled it with oil and gas, it cranked on first try. I have let it run for about two hours with no problems. runs fairly quit for a large generator. so for I am impressed.
